We've already played this game. Only the House and Senate can do anything about high crimes and misdemeanors by the "president", and the Democrats have already demonstrated that they don't care even when the evidence is as plain as a stain with DNA confirmation. To use a favorite phrase of the socialists: Move on. Obama "won", and fair or not, qualified or not, citizen or not, none of that matters to the Democrats who have power - not when they now have power, the one thing they care about.

If Obama takes the oath, it will mean another civil war. I believe that if the Supreme Court does not act (thereby proving they too are part of the conspiracy), it will be up to the military.

Did this author discuss the fact that even before the any swearing-in oath, O may have perjured himself 57 times?

O is developing a tic because he knows he may be subject to criminal fraud charges.

He is, after all, an attorney and a constitutional law lecturer who certified to each of the several SOS’s that he was a natural born citizen (criminal liability).
And, along the way he raked in a lot of cash (perhaps civil liability).

And, in this case there is “controlling legal authority”.

The headline in red is simply wrong. The guy is NOT stating flat out that Obama taking the oath will be perjury; he’s saying it will IF... There’s a difference.

The language of the Keyes’ lawsuit (see below) is in concordance with Mr. Vieira, that by refusing to be forthcoming Senator Obama is precipitating a ‘constitutional crises.’

Furthermore, IF Senator Obama is NOT a citizen and ‘ KNOWINGLY filed a false ‘nomination paper or declaration of candidacy’ — then he is also guilty of a crime.

So my husband, who is not a FReeper, but is semi-interested in what I find, says I should forward this article** to Supremes and tell everyone I know to do same.

**The thing that he thinks this article points out that is of particular importance over some of the others is the nightmare scenario of what happens should the court ignore the birth certificate cases prior to inauguration and the Supremes’ culpability for the problems that ensue post-inauguration.

This is something I wrote to a ‘critic’ on another thread:

I don’t think you understand the ramifications of someone who is not a natural born citizen... someone who may have divided loyalties or allegiance to another country etc.... becoming the most powerful man in the world: the President of the united states.

I don’t care if he/she is more conservative than Rush Limbaugh, if he/she is NOT a ‘natural born citizen’ — as enumerated in our guiding document, the Constitution Of the United States — he is disqualified from being OUR President.

The ‘natural born citizen’ prevision — along with age requirements — was wisely placed in our constitution for good reason.

We are either a country of laws or we are not.

If Mr. Obama — even on his way to the Presidency — is able to circumvent the law of the land: where does that leave us?

This is how tyrants come to power.

This is how tyrants in the past HAVE come to power.

This is how a tyrant in the future may come to power.

If Mr. Obama turns out to be a natural born citizen, I will not feel foolish in the least.

Being protective of our constitution is a duty — not a sin.

Indeed, lacking vigilance in our duty can cost us our priceless liberty.

I would rather ere on the side of caution, then risk losing what so many have given their lives to secure.
