First, Donofrio admits that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Second, he tortures the law and the Constitution to come up with the twisted interpretation that Obama wasn't a Naturally born citizen because Obama's FATHER was a British subject.
Third, if the Supreme Court HAD taken the case, then MILLIONS of people born inside the US with one or both parents not being US citizens would no longer be considered US citizens.
The Supreme Court isn't going to waste it's time on such stupidity.
Now, when someone actually appeals to the Supreme Court and questions the LOCATION of Obama's birth, THEN I believe the Supreme Court will hear it.
All most of us “conspiracy nutcases” what is for Zero to be ruled qualified to become president. I don’t even have to see the documentation. If the Court rules that, after examing the BC, he is natural born then so be it.
But when there is a concentrated effort NOT to produce this easily obtainable document and Obama lawyers up rather than do so then the Conspiracy Nut label should be applied to his bunch not constitutionally minded patriots.
If an EZPLICIT demand of the Constitution is ignored the document is de facto repealled.

I was born in the US prior to my parents' naturalization. My parents had to wait 5 years to take the Oath, as was required by law and I arrived like year 2 of their waiting period.
Per the Naturalization Act of 1952 which was in effect at the time for both me AND Obama, I am a native born US Citizen, but not "Natural Born" because my parents were not yet citizens. I enjoy all the same benefits as any other natural born citizen, except I can not run for presdient.
Leo is correct in his premise. Obama is not eligible. Period.
Because too many people start with a flaw, they have a conclusion determined, then look for any evidence to support that conclusion. In this case, Donofrio had to go all the way to British Common Law to find his support because US law, specifically Title 8 which defines citizenship, doesn’t back him if Obama was born in Hawaii.
That isn't exactly correct according to what I remember. Chester Arthur, 21st President, was the son of Irish immigrants to Canada who subsequently immigrated to the USA. Chester was supposedly born in Canada before his family arrived in the US. He allegedly "stole" his deceased younger brother's "identity" to falsely claim natural born status. So I've heard.
Please show us where you have seen any INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION that Obama is natural born. Not just your opinion but something that Obama has steadfastly refused to produce. Why is almost everything about this guy hidden including such a basic document as this?
Papers!? Your buddy Obamascam never produced a single viable document that he was a legal and natural born citizen.

The problem is US law doesn’t specifically state what “Natural Born” is, that term is vague. Donofrio is not correct because British Common Law doesn’t define US Citizenship standards, per the Constitution Article 1 Section 8- only Congress can define what are our Citizenship standards. Title 8 of the US code does define what citizenship is and doesn’t use the British Common Law or any other foreign law in its definition. In Obama’s case, if he was born in Hawaii and his mother was a citizen, then he is a citizen, no preconditions. The challenge comes in if he was born in Kenya because even if his mother was born in the US and a citizen, she may not have met the residency requirements of Title 8 to pass along citizenship (if her and Obama’s father where legally married, another bag of worms there.)
He compounds his nonsense by claiming McCain is not natural born which turns law and justice on its head and confuses “natural born” with “native born” another obvious point.
Read it again, and try to understand it this time.
At least we have gotten to the point here (for the most part) where use some critical thinking about these cases.. a couple of weeks ago, even the slightest question would have us branded as an ‘unconstitutional traitor’ (not to mention the threatening emails.)
Once the EC votes are counted that is true. If Obama is disqualified before then, then nobody would receive a majority of the EC votes (barring enough faithless Electors all voting for someone else - who wouldn't even have to have been a candidate at all - and giving that person "a majority of the [538 Electoral] votes cast"). The election would then devolve to the House. Once in the House the choices are McCain who is the only other Constitutional (received EVs) choice, or to sit on their hands (making Biden Acting President). That latter choice, sitting on their hands, would be the destruction of the Rat party. Imagine trying to explain that one to your constituents.

Unless your parents were foreign diplomats, I believe you ARE a natural born citizen — but the court is never going to officially define it, so all we have to go on is what the term meant then. If you were born in a given country you were a “natural subject” of its king or other government.
How do you know he is a natural born citizen? He won't prove it, spending hundreds of thousands to protect the truth (which ever it is). He could resolve this by showing us his BC (or at least a convincing forgery), but refuses, leading to a credible doubt as to his eligibility. There is the claim that he was born in Kenya. If that is true then the Law says he is NOT a natural born citizen (citizen at birth). The document that he did produce has been discredited and it wasn't even the right one to begin with. A forgery of the wrong document.

Funny, this is bringing back all kinds of memories of grade school discussions. Growing up in an Eastern European neighborhood of Chicago, many of us were in the same predicament at the time. I remember a teacher singling out those of us who were not natural born and saying - you and you and you and you, you can not be president.
We all shrugged our shoulders at the time. Like I wanted to be president? No way, I was aiming for ballerina princess.
I’m going to be really ticked off if I could have run for president all along. ;-)
