I think for everyone's sake that a thread on positive things in our lives and in this country would be a good thing.
How'd I do?
This weekend I’ll be able to afford to make my pledge to the 1st quarter Freepathon.
That is a positive!
Try a little harder.
VERY positive; I’m listening to Rush. ;-)
I can still find humor in the world. Your tag line made me laugh! :-)

I’m gettin’ some.
“Lets have an attitude check.”
“I hate this BLEEPing place.”
“Lets have a positive attitude check.”
“I positively hate this BLEEPing place.”
“Lets have a negative attitude check.”
“I dont like this BLEEPing place.”
“Lets have a short attitude check.”
“BLEEP it!”

You've got to accentuate the positive, Eliminate the negative, And latch on to the affirmative, Don't mess with Mister In-Between. You've got to spread joy up to the maximum Bring gloom down to the minimum Have faith or pandemonium's Li'ble to walk upon the scene. (Bridge) To illustrate my last remark Jonah in the whale, Noah in the ark. What did they do just when ev'rything looked so dark? Man, they said "We'd better accentuate the positive "Eliminate the negative "And latch on to the affirmative - Don't mess with Mister In-Between, no, no, Don't mess with Mister In-Between." |

Obama has not rounded up conservatives to be shot.
Yet.
I picked up my new AR-10 and 200 rounds of 308 last weekend. That’s positive!
Children laughing while playing in the snow.
Dogs.
Family.
A warm house on a cold day. And vice versa.
Being able to watch old movies at will.
Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this’ll help things turn out for the best...
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...
If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...
For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
So always look on the bright side of death
Just before you draw your terminal breath
Life's a piece of shit
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep ‘em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the right side of life...
(Come on guys, cheer up!)
Always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the bright side of life...
(Worse things happen at sea, you know.)
Always look on the bright side of life...
(I mean - what have you got to lose?)
(You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost? Nothing!)
Always look on the right side of life...
I got into all 4 of the classes I wanted. (Upper division CS.) And, God willing, I’ll be graduating in December!
I’m positive I need more hunting ammo for when I lose my home and have to survive in the woods ;)
Ping to #10...I’m positive you’re not. But to make you feel better: Dr Pepper is only a buck at Walmart...I bet you feel better already.
