Rich and his friend Ed decided to take advantage of the weather and go hiking on San Miguel Mountain...There to their utter astonishment was a typical saucer shaped UFO. It was mind blowing. It seemed to just drift over a hill and stop, hovering just 200 years away. Rich had been videoing some of their walk, they had been taking a new route, with his cell phone. So it was still in his hand when the flying saucer manoeuvred toward their position.
Photo enhancement by Dirk Vander Ploeg, using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 with equalizer tool.
Why the ripples above and below the craft?
Calling “FAKE” on these pics. The saucer is leaving no contrails over schools and shopping centers.
Am I the only one to see anything odd in this picture?
Range clear!?
PULL!
Now that’s a classic UFO picture!
They're the result of a cut-&-paste.
Bad perspective in the rendered, 3D shape. The “top” is not on the same plane as the “bottom.” Light source is off several degrees as well.
Fake.
Put it in photoshop or fireworks, adjust the hue to -150 and zoom 400% in on the saucer.
I’ll leave the judgement of this to those who take these steps.
You mean the UFO? It’s odd.
Probably from the ionized ?laminar? airflow over the skin of the craft as an essential part of its propulsion and/or flight characteristics.
bad cut and paste is an understatement. They didn’t even try to blend the background around the pasted in area.. try out the steps I outlined above.
PROVE IT.
That’s readily provable.
Looks like the ionized airflow stuff, to me.
Re 11- that was done on the second photo..
They must have an exhaust leak in their warp drive.
Not necessarily from cut and paste. The guy credited with enhancing the image could have gone in with the sharpening tool and caused the same artifacts.
I say it’s fake due to bad perspective and incorrect light source, myself.
Follow the steps in 11, playing around with it more.. if you also drop the saturation down to -100, you can actually see a square edge around the object that is the border of the cut and paste.. at that, the tip of the ‘saucer’ was actually cut off. With zoom at 400%, Hue at -150 and Saturation at -100, it looks like a postage stamp stuck in the sky.
It’s the force field, silly! ;-)
