Thanks, Yorkie. That is a pretty framed flower graphic.
It is great to be back. I miss everyone when I’m away. Being gone for two days was strange. LOL
I'm back; readin' fast as I can and have some mail n' stuff to answer.
Enjoying many, many beautiful posts as usual from everyone and wish I could answer them individually. :(
My Comments (first page) had 66 graphics to open, and may I say, a special thank you to those who are including the width and height when you post yours - it's just hard to read 50 posts that have to open 66 graphics at one time with no dimensions specified, so thank you again, you know who you are! :)
I haven't used Photo Explosion for several years and think that's what you're using? I don't know if you can add "plugins" to PE or not, but I have several plugins I've added to PhotoImpactPro 13, and also use numerous masks and edges in addition to different plugins. I don't think I could even duplicate a frame or edge I've used, 'cause I just start experimenting and usually add at least three or four techniques to each graphic I use.
I know that Amy uses Paint Shop Pro and you can see all the great frames and edges she's using in that program!
Meg and Kitty, (and jaycee now, too!) are doing what you always did at the Finest with your openings: using many pretty tables to frame theirs. I like your soft vignettes, but also like how you have blended those with a table background at the Finest! :)
I have used her Macaroni and Cheese Recipe....its called “The Lady’s Cheesy Mac”. I have copies of some of her others but I don’t cook like I once did.
Thank you, Amy! Those are neat little ‘stamps’ or ‘objects’ (Is that what they’re called in PSP? The butterflies, and the flowers you added to the pink lace background?) An another new text/font! I see that the butterfly has a drop-shadow - can you add a drop-shadow to your text - or the flowers?
I’ve been trying some new things. The little stamps are called Picture Tubes. The drop-shadow is already on the butterflies. I don’t think that I can add drop shadows. I may do it by accident someday and wonder how I did it. LOL
I’ve had that pink lace doilie image and decided to add grass and flowers to it. I added the butterflies as an afterthought. I’m enjoying playtime. :^ )
Thank you for the warm welcome.
That is hilarious yorkie!Next thing ya know our beloved Bald Eagles will have a representative in Washington, asking for handouts!!
I like old Coca Cola ads. I used to know a guy who collected them along with other Coca Cola items.
That was beautiful. Thank you for the ping.
Adorable!
You’re welcome. Having seen your work on FR, when I got that as an email and started to read it, I immediately thought of you and the way you use and multiply the talents God gave you. I LOVE the ending. God bless you, FRiend.
Ahh .... thank you, Jaycee.
Thank you .... that is the first of mine that I’ve used in the Opening. I thought the little kitten was sooo cute.
