This the first of the all-time classics from 1939 we will cover. I understand present-day directors watch it for inspiration on how to direct a film.

Thanks for the memories - you took me back to the mid 60’s when a neighbor who was a movie buff (with his OWN REEL TO REEL!) put the screen on his back porch and popped popcorn for all who wanted to watch movies on Saturday night. HUGE John Wayne fan! Such simpler times!

Thanks, Homer. I've stayed at Goulding's there in Monument Valley. Loved it. Goulding was the reason Stagecoach was filmed there.
