Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.

Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's con More..tinued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

Just because I'm new here does not mean I'm new to the world.

Like the old saying goes, Just becauseI was born at night doesn't mean I was born last night.

My point is that my being new here does not diminish the BS quotient of your post. Not one bit.

To accomplish what your post thinks is happening would require a formal treaty between the US & China and then the full Senate would have to approve it, which will never happen unless 2/3 of our Senators suddenly decide that they'd like to end their political careers.

Citizens have ‘no standing’, as we have recently learned.

Once again, you need to do more reading.

No, you need to so you can grasp that this is BS.

US Constitution, Article II, Section 2

He (The President) shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

Granting such extensive seizure power to a foreign government would require a treaty for it to be enforceable in the USA.

Maybe if you did a little reading you'd know this and then hoaxes like this one of your would not excite you.

I take it my treasury bonds aren't as good as anyone else's.

...mumbles something rather inflammatory...

Well, you do look a little silly if you think Palin is more qualified than Rush.

Yes, what DID get you in a snit???

"You are not welcome to post to me or to any thread that I post."

This is what AuntB posted to you:

"Yes, we don’t know if it’s true. It is apparent, however, that Hillary offered them something to take on our debt. What else do we have to offer? China is not going to bail us out without getting more than they deserve. SOP."

What did she say that was wrong??

Ninety percent of the “free trade” agreements from the last 20 years or so have been treaties disguised as ‘agreements’ so congress wouldn’t have to be involved.

Since Obama’s cabinet and executive branch picks are from clinton’s old administration, what do you think is different now?

Rush doesn’t want to be in government at all. My signature was just for giggles and it wasn’t serious. Consider it gone.

This would go far beyond the scope of a trade agreement, don’t you think?

That could be the real reason the world economy is in such a mess -- they have already called in their chips and we haven't been told -- let us down easy -- you know.

If it comes to war, they wouldn't need the bomb, they could just drop people on us.
