I think so. A man would certainly remember receiving the nail, that is, unless he either has a really crazy girlfriend or was born on the right bicuspid (LOL!).
Couldn't tell from the video if they actually ran the machine. I thought it would have ripped it from his face.

Well, good thing this thread is being read a while before dinner......
My dad died in 2001 and a couple years before that, he and mom were flying back to Michigan from Arizona when he developed a nose bleed. His first inclanation was to stuff kleenex up his nose to stop it. Well, the bleeding continued and the stuffing continued also. Eventually it stopped and he pulled out the kleenex.
Several months later he started developing sinus problems and after going to an ENT it was discovered that he had jammed so much kleenex up his nose that much of it remained in his sinus cavity thus causing his sinus infection..........Kleenex was removed and sinus infection was cured.
Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction......
would do a pick your nose and clean your finger nail joke.... but not this sophisticated of a crowd.
I don’t know if this is a hoax or not. About five years ago I felt a tickle in the upper part of my throat, leading up the sinus area. After a few minutes of uncomfortably dramatic coughing/choking, a three inch wire came out.
I have no idea how it got in there. Could’ve been something I shoved up my nose when I was three for all I know.

Actually, that is exactly what happened.
My family had a relative who was shot in the eye during a civil war battle and the miniball lodged in his sinus. One day years later he kept picking at a lump that developed in the roof of his mouth and out came that miniball all gristled over.
Man I hate it when that happens.
My friend had a four-year-old son who became completely unruly and had the characteristics of a deaf child — wouldn’t respond to people, speak, etc. The doctor found coffee beans in his ears, all caked with wax, that the kid had shoved in there probably when he was in his “terrible twos”.
Poor kid! (and poor parents!)
Last year my husband (who’s healthy as a horse and never even catches the sniffles) woke up suddenly, very sick. He was ice cold, sweating, vomiting uncontrollably... it looked for all the world like a heart attack.
I got him to the hospital as fast as I could and they got him hooked up to an EKG as fast as they could.
Turned out that he had a big ball of ear wax that had somehow screwed up his inner ear. The doc dug out the wax and he was right as rain within ten minutes.
