HOW TO STAY HEALTHY... DON'T CUT YOUR HAIR
DailyExpress ^ | April 6,2009

A doctor claims his patients remain healthy because he does not cut his hair.

The medic, 79, made the link between healing patients and not trimming his locks more than 60 years ago.

Traditional Chinese medicine practitioner Peng Fu said: "I stopped cutting my hair and people started to get better."

"My medicine became more effective the longer I let my hair grow. Now I will never cut it."

The hirsute healer now has to carry his eight-pound mane rolled up in a bag on his back, according to the Austrian Times. It stretched nearly nine feet the last time he measured.

The doctor, from Suining in central China, takes his healing very seriously. He doesn't allow patients to touch his tresses and rarely washes them.

Given that the maximum length a male can wear his hair in my beloved Corps is 3" (and most of us wear it shorter than that) and the vast majority are exceptionaly healthy, I call BS.

The headline is wrong.

We can all become healthy if this quack doesn’t cut his hair.

This guy is a doctor? Evidently graduated from medical school on the same program that took Hussein into Haavaad, huh?

It could be that he’s got his hair all matted and tied up that the stuff that would normally fall out is too entwined. But, yeah, hair does fall out after a period of time and it’s a rarity if it manages to grow quickly enough to reach below the waste.

Crystal Gayle, Loretta Lynn’s sister, had hair nearly to the floor.
