Time's Joe Klein on Sunday accused conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh of "delivering misinformation, lies to a large audience in America."
Such was said during quite a debate between himself and the Washington Times' Amanda Carpenter on CNN's "Reliable Sources."
After Klein angrily made this comment, even host Howard Kurtz seemed a bit taken aback by it saying, "Well, lies is a strong word, but we'll come back to that another time."
What follows is the video and partial transcript of this exchange that began when Kurtz brought up some of the potentially over the line jokes made at Saturday evening's White House Correspondents' Association dinner (file photo):

Every thing from the MSM, NYTimes, WaPost, NPR, LASlimes is gospel truth. Every thing from Fox is suspect. Every thing from Rush/Hannity is a lie.
what’s even funnier is a clown like klien, who writes for a rag like Time, accusing others of “lying”....
It’s interesting that they never actually repeat any of Rush’s “lies”.
And they never actually show example of any of his “hate speech”.
They just make baseless general accusations and move on.

Nonsense. Rush is the most scrutinized pundit out there. Klein couldn’t come up with an example if you threatened him with a bug.
Klein is doing his job.
In order to justify abridgement of free speech the dominant media in co-ordination with their messiah in the WH will first have to vilify and “expose the lies” of all political opposition in talk radio.
Once they`ve portrayed talk radio as nothing but “lies” then the masses will accept anti-speech laws.
