Actually what happened in Kalifornia is we lost the best of business and population and that left the State RAT infested . Even then I'm not sure that the liberal waste that left were actually the best in the State. New York is not much different.

New Yorkers, I know you don't want to come to Louisiana - we got alligators, snakes, bears, cougars, bobcats, man-eating nutria, murderers ( I know you got more muggers - but we got more murderers). It's hotter than $ell and you can be swallowed up in a swamp (if you're not eaten first). Cops usually shoot first and ask questions later - and we like it that way. We're ignorant - just ask anyone from up North or from California. We marry early around 13 years and we marry relatives - thus our high IQs. So, if you still want to come down here - do it at your own risk cause we have no intention of changing things for you.

Whoa there, cowboy. I know some VERY conservative people in New York (granted, they are in upstate, not NYC), and some of their families go back 250 - 300 years in New York. Thus, New York is their home, and the home of their ancestors, and believe me they are broken-hearted at what the left has done to the state.
As an ex-NYer, I can attest that the liberalistas are not the only emigres!
