Now you know: How to Balance a Fork and Spoon on a Toothpick (link)
Four Hour Work Week ^ | Tim Ferris

Posted on 05/29/2009 7:59:01 AM PDT by yankeedame

This is a simple and amazing bar trick that allows you to balance a fork and spoon on a toothpick. Two forks also works well.

It will turn any dull conversation into a “WTF?!” moment where people start pulling out cameras. No training or special items required — you can learn it in about 30 seconds.

It might be as inane as my video on how to peel hard-boiled eggs without peeling them. Then again, that video got more than 2 million views, so at least a few of you seem to enjoy sleight-of-hand and general tomfoolery as much as I do.

Be careful with the glasses

Thank you for this post.

I will try the balance trick later so that I can show it to my grandsons this weekend.

The egg pealing..... I loved it, will be trying that within the hour. I suffered a stroke nearly 2 years ago and while I have most of my left hand function back, this could actually help. LOL

And now, a commercial: I checked out many of the 66 videos authored by Mr. Ferris . I found him to be quite interesting and forward moving. Before I retired, I used some of his ideas and they work.

The guy kinda makes me miss working and well, being young again.

Again, thanks for the post... his videos put me in a good mood... not good enough to come out of retirement, but still good. ;>)
