No, madam, it's you who have offended MY values

On a train to London, a young woman wearing a burkha, with only her heavily made-up eyes peeping out, did not have a valid ticket.

Challenged by the guard, the young woman gave a litany of excuses. She had left her bag at her boyfriend's, he had bought the ticket, she had no money on her...

My friend Jane, who was in the same carriage, noticed how the guard became nervous as the Muslim girl presented herself as an innocent in a society she didn't understand.

Instead of issuing a penalty fine, the guard backed off, shrugging his helplessness at the other passengers.

So imagine my friend's surprise when she got off at the same station as burkha girl and saw this 'penniless innocent' whip out a credit card from under the folds of her dress with which she promptly bought a Tube ticket.

Jane was so incensed she sent me a text message, explaining what she'd witnessed. It ended: 'Attack of Burkha Rage. Grrr.'

Interesting that the offended Brit is described as not a BNP type but university lecturer, who specializes in the developing world.

Maybe there is hope yet.

Muslims have different standards, all right. Their approach to truth, honor integrity and to fraud, appears to be very different from ours. The Brits are digging their own graves.

Amazing that even the downtrodden of that non-assimilating misogynist society bullies Euro-wimp males.

Lying to the infidels? Authorized by the koran. Nothing new in this story.

If the Brits want to save their nation, they should start with the muzzies, IMO.

The enemy within. They despise us, and we are fools for letting them infiltrate orderly western societies.

Further in the article a muslim woman who was hired as a cocktail waitress but refused to wear the uniform (cocktail dress) that the restaurant requires. SHe quits and then sues. The court finds she overstasted her harm but still gives her some money. Even as the citizens begin to “get it” our leaders and the courts still seem clueless.

BTW offended almost waitress has pictures of herself in clothes more revealing than the offensive dress on her webpage.

I thought these babes were supposed to have their throats slit by a brother, father or uncle if they went to the boyfriend’s house. Or for having a boyfriend. Or for wearing Western face paint...or

What if she’d had a bomb under her burkha? How can you tell it was even a woman? It could have been Osama bin Laden himself as he’s admitted to going about wearing a burkha.

If a person with a ski mask enters a store, is he planning to shop or to rob the store? There’s no way to really know unless it’s not ski-mask weather. And even THEN you can’t be sure until the ski-mask is removed.

Arab Islamic Women can wear burkhas in THEIR Country and street clothes everywhere else. And if they don’t like it, they can STAY IN THEIR COUNTRY. No one is forcing them to leave.

Racists? Intolerant? ALIVE? You betcha!

My father spent a few months until his enlistment was up after World War II serving in the occupation forces in Japan. His U.S. Navy uniform was his ticket to ride any train free. The Brit authorities evidently feel the same about a bur qua.

Yes, but Jane probably is also very “PC,” fits in very well with her colleagues in academia, votes “New-Labor,” supports not inviting Gert Wilders to the UK, etc. etc...

Her own culture (that of modern-day-English) has put her in an ideological straight-jacket, as Arab culture has done to the woman in the Burkha.

So what is Jane going to do about it besides writing anonymous letters?

Wait wait wait, she’s muslim enough to wear a burka, but allowed to go to a boyfriend’s house?

Are these people idiots?

No, just afraid to make a scene. Some would call that cowardice. Here in Texas there’s a more colorful word for it, but my cat and my wife get mad when I use it.

Richard Littlejohn has called it the ‘ethics of the souk (bazaar).’

Anything that provides an advantage is exploited.

They probably think Western countries especially the UK are insane for the billions given out in no-questions-asked dole schemes but they are happy to take ‘compassionate’ governments up on the offer.

By the time anyone gives you a third inconsistent excuse, you realize that they will never fess up. Heard a guy claim to have just gotten back from working offshore in Brazil, then his buddy tried to say that he'd just gotten back from Iraq where he'd served for this country and "killed a guy", and then came the story he'd just gotten out of jail...

It is permissible to lie to the kufir. Non-muslims are considered sub-human.

If her country was Saudi Arabia, she wouldn’t be permitted to walk in public ALONE even IN a burqua.

It’s something that is done to be “in your face” and say “don’t look at me” rather than to obey the misogynist rules of fanatics of a dead warlord.
