Guess what? They all pretty much have the same information such as hospital, doctor/midwife, address of mother and father, etc, etc., etc. Mine also has the same information in full.

Where was he hatched?
What were the qualifications for admissions to the colleges he attended and under what status did he claim eligibility to attend?
What was his given status as a student? Foreign National or out of state student?
