I think that legally everything is null and void, but realistically, can they undo all the legislation?
Forget the money that has been blown, how can you undo everything that he has signed into office?

I would like to wish that all of this didn’t matter, that the only issue is his eligibility. But any judge that has handled anything since the O.J. trial and Rodney King that what happens in the court room, spills out onto the streets.
If they take him out of office, EXPECT his minions of ACORN worshipers and Black Panthers to stir the pot and heat it up.
The USA will look like the riots in Kenya when Odinga lost.

Actions speak louder than words. Obama will not display his original birth certificate because why? ...... The authorities cannot ignore this issue forever.
Because he did not meet the criteria for president? What other possible reason could there be for him not to put this issue to rest?
Yes, I agree! It’s becoming more and more documented that Obama was born at The Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. Actions speak louder than words- Obama isn’t stating where is was born in Hawaii. When someone hides something, they have something to hide.

I have no concrete information on any specific contingency plans for that event,but pentagon planners like to have plans for just about ANYTHING that COULD come up-including an illegal seizure of power such as we’ve seen with zero.That,and the fact that the military is overwhelmingly conservative,and most are thoroughly disgusted with the clown occupying 1600 Pennslyvania Avenue at the moment,in direct violation of the constitution.Add to that the fact that we all swore an oath,to defend the constitution,against ALL enemies,foriegn,or domestic.It only stands to reason that some such plans would exist.Most likely they’re classified with a GUTS clearance(Galactic,Ultra Top Secret),but I’m sure that there are some.I have no way to prove or disprove this,it being merely a theory of mine

You can’t change the rules after game starts.
Suppose celebrity Republicans Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was born in Austria and singer Gloria Estefan, who was born in Cuba, chose to run for President.
They would be prevented from doing so since per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born citizen of the United States to hold office as President. Their births in Austria and Cuba would not be considered natural born citizenship.
A case might be made that Barack Obama knew that he was not eligibile to serve as President since he’s probably not a natural born citizen. Consequently, he forged a “Certification of Live Birth” (COLB) and advertised it to the American people as authentic.
Dr. Ron Polarik analyzed Obama’s COLB and determined it to be a forgery. I firmly agree with him. The enclosed link provides Polarik’s article and displays the alleged forged document while pointing out altered numbers and discrepancies, etc.:

It is a felony to forge a government document and there could be a multitude of felony counts contained here against Obama.

We the American people have the right to know if our President is eligible to hold office. For many, Obama has not proven this requirement.
Obama, I ask, WHERE were you born in Hawaii? Prove it! Where is your original birth certificate? Where?
The authorities MUST enforce the Constitution and require Obama to prove that he is a natural born American citizen. Action on this case is past due! If the Constitution were not going to be enforced, Schwarzenegger or Estefan could have been on the Republican ticket in 2008. What law permits the Democrats special privileges?
In closing, our past Presidents have Birthplace Museums. Just to name a few, Ronald Reagan has a Birthplace Museum in Tampico, Illinois and Bill Clinton has a Birthplace Museum in Hope, Arkansas where they were born. Where will Barack Obama’s Birthplace Museum be located- at the Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya?
