Thank you Dolly! Sounds like you’ve got a nice weekend ahead of you. I hope you have a wonderful time!!
I plan to go to my son’s. He has a big cookout with a terrific fireworks show. It gets bigger each year. Both of my guys love to do fireworks and inherited that from their Dad. He always did that and all the kids in the neighborhood would come here to see the show.
Now the torch is passed....LOL! Guess you’re gone now before you get my post......have loads of fun!
Back..busy busy day.
FOrtunately the only problem with my GPS was a fuse out in the charger that connected with the car lighter.
The concert was really interesting. Are any of you familiar with the Mozart opera Magic Flute? One of the professors at CIM wrote a i;ntrocutions of sorts to it.. about 40 minutes long with intent to make it be more easily understood. My freind was in it & when I got there was pleasantly surprised to see Chelsea Coyne as one of the principals. I have know here & followed her musical career for several years.
well.. it has been a long day.. should do some work but want to sleep
Jaycee.. we never did much personally with fireworks. Growing up we did sparklers.. We normally spent every 4th july at my uncles in Dunkirk. It was his birthday & the extended family got together each year for family reunion. At peak we had about 60. filled up the hotels in very small town & had tents & campers all over uncle’s property.. There were big bondfires on the beach & lots of pretty & noisy fireworks.
Those were wonderful times, that at the time we all took for granted.
hope everyone is doing well..tired
