Just wondering: The Obama Hawaii "birth certificate" we see on the internet has the date stamp of June 2007.
1. Why would then Senator Obama order a Hawaii birth certificate in 2007?
2. Did Obama lose his Hawaii birth certificate that he mentions in his book?
3. I don't know about others here, but the people I know ONLY order a new birth certificate if they lose the one they had, usually the one the family got when the person was born.
4. So, does anyone have a theory as to why then Senator Obama would order a new Hawaii birth certificate in 2007?
The people who really run our country — the folks who, for example, cobble together 1,000+ page-long bills that their hirelings dutifully vote into law without reading them — have given us a novelty act in blackface for a figurehead.

What would be embarassing if the one he presented on fightthesmears.org is his COLB?
Where is that statement from his attorney because if that is the case, they are admitting that the one they presented is a fraud.
I’m thinking by “internet copy” it’s a request ORDERED on the internet. Not one you can just print off yourself.
You can go in the office in person, mail a form with the money in to request a copy or submit a form with VISA information.
I would say more than two were forged since FactCheck used different papers in their photos.

Cal, I think what’s happening with the coloring here is due to the film and paper I mentioned. Using the same make and model camera as Factcheck used, I took photos under several different lighting conditions and got the results in the parenthesis (shown below).
They printed the forged COLB image onto a sheet of SafMat or Reprofilm, which is partially reflective, and then attached it to photo paper (more likely) or security paper (also likely).
I shot my photos under different lighting conditions resulted in these color changes: under incandescent light (yellow to orange tint), flourescent (pea green tint), indirect roomlight (grayish tint), indirect sunlight (light green) and 5300K photoflood (true color, but only used for photo #3, which is way out of focus).
However, my COLB is a real COLB so it’s not going to exactly match what Factcheck took, and IMHO, it’s the reflectivity of the film (and/or the paper) under strong, incandescent lighting that made the COLB look yellow.
My shots under incandescent tended to be more orangish than yellow.
The reverse side is definitely a different document, but even here, photo #9 was taken in a room with indirect sunlight.
They carried this thing from place to place.
Another discovery I made is that it is impossible to go from a front side shot of a COLB object to a close-up of the reverse side in only 15 seconds (as indicated in the Exif data), given the time needed to crop off the top 1/3 of the Seal and the time to get it all in focus.
Heck, it takes from five to seven seconds to frame, focus, snap, capture, and store just the photo itself.

If one who has committed document fraud, forgery, or any sort of criminal act, they had best be frightened out of his or her mind to have you on his investigative trail. You leave no stone unturned and rotate the ones already flipped.

Personally,I don’t care if Obama was born on the Moon. It seems to be the legal consensus that deVattel’s law of the Nations requirements for “natural born citizen” are what the founding Fathers intended; 2 American parents, born on American soil.
However, i do have a high regard for Dr. Polarik. My question is: if he had this information from Dr. Onaka “last year”, then why is he just releasing it now?

Glad you asked. I first had to prove that the "scan image" and the "photos" were never made from a real document. Had I simply made a statement about what he said to me, my critics would have a field day, saying it never happened and calling me a liar.
HOWEVER, now that I had conclusive, irrefutable, concrete evidence that the COLB was never a real document, adding Onaka's comments to the mix served to underscore my research finding.
There will still be fools who will call me a liar, but there will less people listening to them now.

Uh, isn’t this incorrect? Which is supposedly Obama’s? The image at FactCheck was stamped 2007, not 2008. It wasn’t wrinkly, either. Where did you get the June 2008 image?

I bet that the Obama camp is scared to death that tech experts like Polariks will one day get their hands on a genuine Obama Hawaii birth certificate, because the Obama camp knows that when people like Polarik finally get their hands on Obama's genuine birth certificate, Obama could end up in deep political trouble.
2. Supreme Court nominee: If Obama is really ineligible to be president, does that mean that he has no legal right to nominate a person for the Supreme Court?
3. That is, is Obama's nominee for Supreme Court invalid if President Obama himself is an invalid, illegal elected President?
Biden has been by Barry’s side for all the major appointments — SCOTUS, cabinet, etc. They have been careful to position things in case Barry is ousted - they will say Biden would have appointed the same people and indeed almost co-appointed the same people... they know what could happen and hope to make things go over smoothly in case it does.

2. The professor unbelievably gave some confusing opinion that, basically, said Obama was born in Hawaii, but the professor had no document proof whatsoever.
3. The professor mumbled something about Hawaii officials saying the Obama was born in Hawaii, but his explanation was so confusing that I don't really understand what he said.
4. If I could ask the professor some questions, I would like to ask something like the following:
a. Professor, did you know that Obama's fight the smears site is no longer there? It was on this site that Obama put his so-called Hawaii birth certificate, but now that the site is no longer there, it means that Obama's birth certificate is no longer there either.
b. Professor, could you explain again how you and the rest of the American public know that Obama was born in Hawaii?
c. Soetoro, Obama's stepfather: What happens if it is found that Soetoro did indeed ADOPT Obama before Soetoro took Obama to Indonesia when Obama was around 6 years old?
5. I'm sorry, but I don't think the good professor is well-prepared when it comes to discussing the Obama eligibility issue and the issue of whether or not Obama has lied about his background.
