Why is that only CNN is able to immediately bring video footage of internationally occurring events? As usual Fox News is caught flat-footed and keep running their regular programs.
I live in Connecticut and admit that I like to watch Hannity at midnight if I miss the 9pm live show.
Fox News Channel really should have a separate channel that competes with CNN International or CNN's Headline News, IMO. Where they run worldwide news 24/7...
If they are in the U.S., THEN they are new worthy to me.

I couldn't agree more with you. Murdoch, for whatever reason, has decided to create a network of commentators and chattering heads, rather than a serious news-gathering organization. CNN, on the other hand, has at least endeavored to put news bureaus all over the world, and have become a world class news-gathering organization as a result. Unfortunately, that news is so damned biased, I don't care to watch it.
I can't stand CNN because of the bias, MSNBC isn't even worth mentioning, and FNC is "tabloidsh" and commentary-laced, it too has become unwatchable. Television news has been made practically worthless. And, if you can't cover the breaking news, you've become even more irrelevant.

Facts are facts .. CNN has a broader international span than Fox; it does cover the news better than Fox. We may not like their political coverage or their not covering certain political stories but when it comes to real breaking news CNN is head and shoulders above the others.
Ask CNN about Iran.

I admit I like a lot of the programming currently running on Fox News, but you're right... they are the worst source on cable whenever news is breaking, especially overseas.

I consider POLITICAL NEWS in the U.S. as MORE important than a building with a couple bombs going off. As we converse, Obama and gang are busily destroying our country. No, they're not bombing us - just doing a private enterprise and health care take over. I prioritize my news and the U.S. is FIRST on the list. Each day the Obomination does something else to destroy our freedom, have government take over our lives and riddle us with debt. The damage Obama is doing is ghastly. This is so true. If a news network cannot cover breaking news stories especially Islamic terror attacks on American owned property abroad involving large number of casualties then it slides into irrelevancy. This is why during the Iranian revolt and demonstrations Fox News got creamed by CNN. There is a limit to how much one can stomach O’Reilly (although I’ve stopped watching him) and confine my viewing to Greta S and Sean H. O’Reilly is for the retarded and obese female crowd.
