Capt. Pat Yoes, a spokesman for the sheriff's office, said deputies do not know where Ingram obtained the alligator. Hey Captain!.... It's South LA. Gators are not exactly hard to find.
What a maroon.

"St. Charles Parish sheriff's deputies said they spotted Terron Ingram, 38, riding his bicycle with a 3-foot alligator around his neck..." Well, it's certainly a lot easier than riding around with a rattlesnake in your pants.

Ingram was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals by abandonment, So you have the alligator - VIOLATION
You LEAVE the alligator - VIOLATION
Is there anything they won't write a ticket for?

An alligator is drug paraphernalia? Yeah, but it's really tough to keep them lit.

Probably was going to be ticketed for having a dangerous weapon that is larger than the ATF will allow.
We filled his head with cannonballs
And powdered his behind
And when we set the cannon off the gator lost his mind...
After all, this happened in New Orleans. Ironic that this has been posted. I had deep fried and beer battered alligator for dinner tonight...yummy!

This is the only type of alligator I want hanging off my bod.

The gator wasn’t harmed, and they turned it loose; but he was arrested for “cruelty” by ABANDONMENT?!?
They can abandon it, and it’s fine, but if he abandons it, it is cruelty.
Okay, I think I still don’t understand now.
