Once again Fox News is caught flatfooted while CNN is airing news of the Kennedy death, FoxNews is continuing with regular programming.
He is not going to heaven unless God wants to punch him in the nose before hitting the DOWN button, Last rites doesn’t save your soul, you have to truly repent and this man can’t do that.
I don't care so much that FNC was last, in fact, that was expected given the deceased. But, when the girl finally came on she looked like she was broadcasting from the broom closet, it wasn't even a set. It looked completely unprofessional.
The fact of the matter is FNC, as a news source shuts up shop at 8:00 pm est. And, if anything happens after 11:00 pm est, they are completely lost - not just with Kennedy, but with any story that breaks either very late at night, or early in the morning.
which channel? I’d watch!
Let there be fireworks and music to celebrate this great occasion.
Hokey Smoke, Bullwinkle! Can you imagine that death-bed confession? I shudder to think of it. I hope the priest had on his asbestos ear covers.
>>> Rahm E and Axelrod will advise 0 and Congress to re-name their HealthCare Bill after Ted Kennedy. Any bets?
I’m wondering if Kennedy’s COMPLETE plan wasn’t tabled months ago in favor of the ultra-liberal version that they knew would fail, making Kennedy’s plan all the more palatable when they rolled it out after he kicked the bucket... Funny how Ted’s hand in all of this current debacle has been so low key.
Democrats may be crazy, but they aint stupid.
Or do i give them too much credit?
I know it won't last, but they just now went back to regular programing.
Who knows, they may have made a wise business decision realizing that there are many viewers especially FNC viewers, who will NOT want to be exposed to 24/7 coverage of this POS's life, like they did for Jackson and will give people a place to go for regular programing as opposed to the sycophant, crocodile tears which will be coming from the other 4 networks.
THANK YOU FNC!
“They broke in about 5 minutes ago and covered it for about 45 seconds,”
44 seconds too many for the drunk ,coke using POS!
May 14, 1983 document from the KGB archives reveals that Senator Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) reached out to the General Secretary of the Soviet Unions Communist Party, Yuri Andropov, to propose a kind of public relations strategy to counter President Reagans defense policy initiatives toward the Soviet Union, policies that Kennedy felt were too aggressive.
Well it’s not like anyone was WATCHING CNN to get it there first
I mean I don’t think it will improve their ratings
Shouldn’t say anything bad about the dead, but hope you are right.
The one and only Ainsley Earhardt was given the job of breaking this devastating news so one could argue the 44 extra seconds were not a complete waste. :)
When the host dies the parasite usually detaches their lips from its butt
Betty Davis upon the death of Joan Crawford: "My mother told me never to speak badly of the dead. Shes dead....Good."
lol.
That sizzling sound your about to hear is the rapid weightloss of Ted “bloat” Kennedy as he is dumped into his new eternal vacation in the lava mines.
Yes and what Glenn Beck has to say is more important than this on going soap opera of Ted Kennedy. He is gone, the news is relayed and now the rest of this is up to God..let Him sort it out. Just please spare us the non stop heralding of this man.
He daid.
RIP, Teddy. Say HI to mary jo when you see her at the judgement gate.
I am sure FNC is kicking themselves over those 1AM CST ratings, deep night is such a big, huge ratings time
Mountain Time here. The Fox affiliate broke into regular b/c for about 6 minutes. The other stations didn't even have a crawl.
Thought someone made an error on the switchboard (happens often) with a TK obit tape. Now they are switching over to obit when regular broadcasts end (and normally go to overnight news).
I'm wondering if 0 got a chance to see tk before he died? (first the grandmother, then k?)
