BLOOD MOON

Rich Carroll

Readers may recall Aesop's fable of the snake persuading a buffalo to give him a ride across the river if the snake promised not to bite. Once across, the snake of course bites the bison and responds with, "Well, you knew what I was when you gave me the ride."

And so, we continue to embrace the culture of Islam, ever-so hopeful that a cult which has nurtured and nourished the last eleven thousand terrorist plots killing thousands of men, women, and children, will not pick us to be next.

Under the banner of tolerance we have failed to take Muslims seriously, failed to recognize the malevolent dogma of Islam that demands its followers practice violent and deadly Intolerance. We cower in their presence, careful not to "offend," and watch Muslims use the freedoms that are unique to our way of life as a weapon against all freedom because to our current liberally influenced Americans to be intolerant is a fate worst than death.

We have failed to understand the word "Allah" pre-dates Islam, long before Mohammed, and referenced an astral cult who worshiped the sun, moon and stars. Wielding their vengeful justice, they killed by the light of a full moon...the "blood moon."

We fail to grasp people who scream "peace" while refusing to live along-side anyone who does not share their belief. We fail to grasp the significance of Muslims not allowing Christian church's to be built on their land under penalty of death.

We have failed to grasp Islam's goal is not for territory or political freedom, but for global cultural domination and they plan wars not based on weeks or months but decades and centuries. We eagerly surrender ourselves to a skulking cult because for so many, we have subordinated old fashioned American character and "guts" because it is easier to become a surrendering coward than to stand-up to thugs.

American culture is awash in trivial minutia of information that's meaningless and has no relevance to their daily life. Benjamin Franklin must have looked ahead to our time in the future when he warned that our democracy required: "A nation of well informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins." Why don't we care enough about the lives today or the lives of our children to look these things up?

The PEW Research Center survey among Muslims living in America disclosed 26 per cent of those age 18 to 29 believe that suicide bombing can be justified. Translated to simpler terms, this represents 250,000 living here in the United States who think it's "okay" to bomb you. The same survey revealed 39 per cent of this same age group believe that Muslims in America should remain distant from our society at large.

The PEW numbers alone should raise the eyebrow of anyone who still maintains this outfit is "peaceful.'' Among other goodies the PEW research discovered was Muslims living in America being "clearly concerned over U.S. foreign policy and its impact on Muslims around the world." Muslims take full advantage of our existing laws interpreted by liberal courts to file 2,500 civil-rights complaints in 2006. (The number will be closer to 4,000 in 2007 at the current rate of advocacy group filings). I find this incredulous.

What a waste of our resources and sincere good intentions Muslims are slaughtering non-Muslims in 44 countries today and THEY are worried how America impacts them!? According to PEW, 60 per cent of Muslims consider themselves "Muslims first. They have no intention of assimilating our "melting pot" culture.

Islam makes no effort to hide their intent to eradicate Israel and the western culture that has befriended her. Muslims moving to the United States refuse to blend with our culture... their holy book, the Quar'an, expressly forbids them to do so.

Muslims in America are "offended" by everything that is America. Terrorism is the backbone of the deen [Islamic way of life]. Allah said "to terrify the enemies we should prepare ourselves [Jihad]. Jihad is a religious obligation. It is the religious obligation of a father to teach his son to be a mujahideen to protect the authority of sharia law. Mohammed took part in 27 offensive jihads.

My first question to the reader is to ask any Muslim to explain their feelings about Jews and their historic ambition to annihilate the Jewish nation. My second question for the reader involves human nature: If you were a member of say, the Lutheran Church, and that denomination was murderously butchering non-Lutherans around the globe would you continue to be a member? Would you and other Lutherans call for accountability of these actions?

Speaking "peace" with one tongue and ignoring or denying the global Muslim slaughtering of innocent people would not make sense to Sigmund Freud or any rational human. Training young children to kill as many innocent bystanders as possible is far from "peaceful"; it is demonic madness. Until Muslims living in the United States begin denouncing, often and loudly, the bloodlust their cult propagates, then they have no intentions of becoming "American."

Until Muslims can live and work in our communities without suing someone for mentioning "bacon," they have no intentions of becoming "American." Until Muslims denounce the currency of fear to press Islam's global agenda they will be taken for exactly what they are: A murderous, envious cult killing their way into the gates of a blood covered moon god. Until Americans begin standing these cultists up for their culpable silence to murder, we as a nation fall further into the pit of Muslim hell and closer to the day our grandchildren will wear sharia clothing.

American citizens must take back our nation and loudly denounce elected officials who kiss the ass of wretched Muslim cultists who derive their place in heaven from the shrapnel of car bombs and the blood of women and children. But that's not going to happen until Americans can begin paying closer attention to Islam's move into their neighborhoods and less attention to what a starlet ate for lunch.

If we don't act now, our sovereignty and freedoms will be drowned-out by the shrill din of five daily calls to Muslim prayer that are heard in France and England each day. The most popular baby name in England now is "Mohammed." Wake up America. Is a "blood moon" in your future?

So which verses say that Christians and Jews do NOT worship the same God as Muslims?

I quoted one that says they do.

Where’s your later verse that abrogates it?

Muslims should NOT be accepted migrants. Migrants ASSIMILATE. Muslims do not.

The best part of that statement I posted, is at the very end. He suggests they should return to their homeland. I wish they would.

Astral Religions
In Arabia, the sun god was viewed as a female goddess and the moon as the male god. As has been pointed out by many scholars such as Alfred Guilluame, the moon god was called by various names, one of which was Allah! (Islam, p. 7).

The name Allah was used as the personal name of the moon god, in addition to other titles that could be given to him.

Allah, the moon god, was married to the sun goddess. Together they produced three goddesses who were called “the daughters of Allah.” These three goddesses were called Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat.

The daughters of Allah, along with Allah and the sun goddess were viewed as “high” gods. That is, they were viewed as being at the top of the pantheon of Arabian deities.

“Along with Allah, however, they worshipped a host of lesser gods and “daughters of Al-lah” (Encyclopedia of World Mythology and Legend, I:61)”.

The Crescent Moon Symbol
The symbol of the worship of the moon god in Arabian culture and elsewhere throughout the Middle East was the crescent moon.

Archaeologists have dug up numerous statues and hieroglyphic inscriptions in which a crescent moon was seated on top of the head of the deity to symbolize the worship of the moon god. In the same fashion as the sun is pictured above the Egyptian deity.

While the moon was generally worshiped as a female deity in the Ancient Near East, the Arabs viewed it as a male deity.

The Gods of the Quraysh
The Quraysh tribe into which Muhammad was born was particularly devoted to Allah, the moon god, and especially to Allah’s three daughters who were viewed as intercessors between the people and Allah.

The worship of the three goddesses, Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, played a significant role in the worship at the Kabah in Mecca. The first two daughters of Allah had names which were feminine forms of Allah.

The literal Arabic name of Muhammad’s father was Abd-Allah. His uncle’s name was Obied-Allah. These names reveal the personal devotion that Muhammad’s pagan family had to the worship of Allah, the moon god.

Praying Toward Mecca
An Allah idol was set up at the Kebah along with all the other idols. The pagans prayed toward Mecca and the Kabah because that is where their gods were stationed.

It only made sense to them to face in the direction of their god and then pray. Since the idol of their moon god, Allah, was at Mecca, they prayed toward Mecca.

The worship of the moon god extended far beyond the Allah-worship in Arabia. The entire fertile crescent was involved in the worship of the moon.

This, in part, explains the early success of Islam among Arab groups that traditionally had worshiped the moon god.

The use of the crescent moon as the symbol for Islam which is placed on the flags of Islamic nations and on the top of mosques and minarets is a throwback to the days when Allah was worshiped as the moon god in Mecca.

While this may come as a surprise to many Christians who have wrongly assumed that Allah was simply another name for the God of the Bible, educated Muslims generally understand this point.

Catholic Encyclopedia, not exactly liberal Muslim apologists.

Allah: The name of God in Arabic.

It is a compound word from the article, ‘al, and ilah, divinity, and signifies “the god” par excellence. This form of the divine name is in itself a sure proof that ilah was at one time an appellative, common to all the local and tribal gods. Gradually, with the addition of the article, it was restricted to one of them who took precedence of the others; finally, with the triumph of monotheism, He was recognized as the only true God.

In one form or another this Hebrew root occurs in all Semitic languages as a designation of the Divinity; but whether it was originally a proper name, pointing to a primitive monotheism, with subsequent deviation into polytheism and further rehabilitation, or was from the beginning an appellative which became a proper name only when the Semites had reached monotheism is a much debated question. It is certain, however, that before the time of Mohammed, owing to their contact with Jews and Christians, the Arabs were generally monotheists.

The notion of Allah in Arabic theology is substantially the same as that of God among the Jews, and also among the Christians, with the exception of the Trinity, which is positively excluded in the Koran, cxii: “Say God, is one God, the eternal God, he begetteth not, neither is he begotten and there is not any one like unto him.”

His attributes, denied by the heterodox Motazilites, are ninety-nine in number. Each one of them is represented by a bead in the Moslem chaplet, while on the one hundredth and larger bead, the name of Allah itself is pronounced.

It is preposterous to assert with Curtiss (Ursemitische Religion, 119) that the nomadic tribes of Arabia, consider seriously the Oum-el-Gheith, “mother of the rain”, as the bride of Allah and even if the expression were used such symbolical language would not impair, in the least, the purity of monotheism held by those tribes. (Cf. Revue Biblique, Oct., 1906, 580 sqq.)

Let it be noted that although Allah is an Arabic term, it is used by all Moslems, whatever be their language, as the name of God.

Allah is a moon rock in Mecca. What if we nuked it to smithereens.

Check out Post #24.

Have you read my post from the Catholic Encyclopedia?

It is not totally contradictory to your posts but gives an alternative and less harsh interpretation to the same facts.

You can’t exactly accuse them of being Islamofascist apologists.

I may not know all the leaves of the queerann, but I do know the tree by its fruits.

On 9/11 I put a small sign in my cubicle that simply said "God Bless America".

Who objected? An American born muslim co-worker.

He made it *quite* clear that our God was not the same as their allah.

Immigration reform must include a prohibition on the import of those who want to kill us.

That shouldn’t be too hard for even the likes of McCainiac and Arbusto to figure out.

Again, I hate to break it to you, but Mohammed’s revelation from God in the Koran is generally considered by Muslims to be more authoritative than your co-worker.

Do you generally extrapolate what all Christians believe from a casual comment by a single Christian co-worker?

Where’s your later verse that abrogates it?

You said they said:

Do not argue with the people of the scripture (Jews, Christians, and Muslims) except in the nicest possible manner

“The prophet, prayer and peace be upon him, said: ‘The time [of judgment] will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews and kill them; until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him!’” - Hadith: Bukhari (52:177)

Ultimately, their "nicest possible manner" is flat-out genocide.

Niiiiice...

No, haven’t read your post from the Catholic Encyclopedia.

At this point in time, I have a closed mind; I am not interested in learning any more about 1.4 billion people who are dedicated to destroying the United States, and chopping off my head.

They worship a moon rock. That is not a difficult concept to understand.

You are a muslim apologist, so go to mecca.

Nope. No one who was there would think that.

I was there, you weren't.

I have seen the mosque mask slip innumerable times since.

A hadith is not part of the Koran. It is a tradition of the prophet and is considered of considerably lower authority.

Roughly a quote from a Church Father as compared to a biblical verse.

Also your quote does nothing to address whether Muslims believe Christians and Jews worship the same God, only that they will kill Jews. Christians themselves have often shown themselves more than willing to kill other Christians who worship the same God in the wrong way.

Look, I’m not defending Islam, just suggesting that our criticisms should be accurate. There are plenty of legitimate criticisms without dragging in untrue ones.

They don’t worship a moon rock, any more, probably less, then Catholics worship images or Orthodox Christians worship icons.

The problem is that easily disproven inaccurate criticisms of Islam discredit the accurate ones to some extent. When a prosecutor has ten points of evidence and three are shown to be untrue, it to some extent discredits the other seven. A smart prosecutor would only present the seven that are unimpeachable.
