I support a man's privacy, just as I support a woman's privacy, so it's very clear to me that this amendment would be the biggest rollback to a woman's right to choose in decades." Boxer was speaking against an amendment proposed to the Senate health bill that would have prevented Federal Funds from being used to pay for abortions.
