The CDC is engaged in a very clever, statistically devious spin campaign, and nearly every journalist in the mainstream media has fallen for its ploy. No one has yet reported what I'm about to reveal here.
It all started with the CDC's recent release of new statistics about swine flu fatalities, infection rates and vaccination rates. According to the CDC:
How do I know that swine flu vaccines don't reduce infection mortality? Because I've looked through all the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials that have ever been conducted on H1N1 vaccines. It didn't take me very long, because the number of such clinical trials is ZERO.
That's right: There is not a single shred of evidence in existence today that scientifically supports the myth that H1N1 vaccines reduce mortality from H1N1 infections. The best evidence I can find on vaccines that target seasonal flu indicates a maximum mortality reduction effect of somewhere around 1% of those who are vaccinated. The other 99% have the same mortality rate as people who were not vaccinated.
So let's give the recent H1N1 vaccines the benefit of the doubt and let's imagine that they work just as well as other flu vaccines. That means they would reduce the mortality rate by 1%. So out of the 2,200 deaths that took place in 2009 in people who were already vaccinated, the vaccine potentially may have saved 22 people.

I literally ran out of the doctor’s office when they wanted me to sit for two flu vaccinations. I didn’t get the flu. Is flu season over yet?
Potentially 22 lives saved. Pretty big if you are one of those 22.
How many lives did the vaccine take? We all read the stories of complications resulting from the shot.
Perhaps more lives could be saved by focusing on prevention and then early treatment.

How many $billions were spent on the anticipation of this pandemic-that-wasn’t?
How many additional $billions were spent on the other anticipated pandemic-that-wasn’t — avian flu?
Too bad there is no accountability in Washington. Who is getting wealthy from all this spending?

I don't know a SINGLE person who has contracted the flu- any strain. I haven't heard any one say they rushed to get tthe shots. Most people I know didn't want anything to do with them. Me either!

All agenda and NO cited facts. I am willing to believe that the CDC is worthless, but cite something. This “natural” crap will kill you. People ate “organic” food and used “natural” cures for millinia. We live longer now than ever in history because of unnatural SCIENCE.
I have received seasonal flu inoculations 19 out of the last 21 years. I became sick with the flu in late December in both of the years in which I received no vaccine. As sick as I can ever remember being both of those times. Vaccines work.

Their statistics are quoted in an intentionally vague way.
If overall mortality is decreased by one percent in the vaccinated group, this could be an outstanding number.
The mortality rate is about 1%. If the vaccinated group had their rate lowered by 1%, then we may have found the source of immortality.
Stats can lie, poorly worded stats are most likely covering something up. Natural news likes to stir the pot.
Yep. I do not trust that site. It seems it is set up to do nothing but push their products and to debunk cures or treatments that involve chemicals, vaccines, medicine etc. Very dangerous. Using their tactics against them, I wonder how many people have died using treatments suggested by them?
I am 60 years old and have never taken a flu shot. I've had the flu twice in my life, and found it to be no big deal. The vaccine doesn't seem to be worth the risk or the expense.

I haven’t had a flu shot since it was forced on me as a kid. As a result, I haven’t been sick during the flu season.
Those that have gotten the shot that I have known, would get sick. Their Dr would tell them that was another virus that attacked them and not the one the shot was suppose to prevent.
CDC and the WHO need to be investigated and punished for their BS hype and hysteria they caused.
Was awfully sad, extremely sad to read about pregnant mothers who lost their babies after taking the H1N1 shot.

I agree. I’ve never had a flu shot and never will because I don’t trust the government. The most dangerous animal on the planet is MAN.
I’ve had the flu plenty and recovered just fine. I’ll stack my immunity and ability to recuperate against anyone’s 19 years of flu shots. Perhaps they wouldn’t have gotten so sick if they’d toughed it out each year.
Being in the military, I don’t have a choice about getting the flu shots. Or worse, the flu mist up the nose.
However, I do not remember ever getting the flu prior to joining the military. I’ve only had one cold in the last decade.
I read a scientific journal article about a study done in a nursing home, where there was a flu break-out (a couple years ago; it wasn’t H1N1). The authors compared rates of catching flu between people receiving the vaccine, and people remaining unvaccinated. As I recall, it wasn’t that much of a difference. Sixty-something percent of the vaccinated, and 70-something percent of the unvaccinated got the flu... the vaccine only decreased the infection rate by about 11%. I wasn’t very impressed.
It is, it is conjecture built on conjecture, built on conjecture.
