...While trying to make a point about people voting based on their pocketbooks?

How does Matthews survive? First he says Alinsky is his hero, then he says he depends on Marxist analysis. I guess that makes him qualified to be a commentator on MSNBC.

No problem. I was a history major and met my fair share of Marxist Historians. While I disagree with their ideology, it does have its moments. I think it tends to ignore everything else to focus purely on the economic, which is a mistake (thus ignoring religion, etc).

Then again, Chrissy is not even brained enough to contemplate ever being accused of any responsability for being this or that.
