Need Instructions for posting a picture

I'm having a dumb moment and cannot find instructions how to post a picture. I have one from the "Support Our SEALs Rally" in Perrysburg OH today

As mentioned before "PhotoBucket" is a good place to upload your photos to, and they give you a Web link.

I use the "Xinha" browser plug-in for HTML posts on FR.

Also, please don't "Hotlink" or "Direct-Link" as it is considered bandwidth theft.  See:
