TYNGSBORO, Mass., -- A truck driver who drove his flatbed truck into the side of a Massachusetts home said he had lost consciousness due to choking on some Wendy's chili.
Eric Gremm, 59, said he was driving the truck with a load for Sherburne Lumber of Tyngsboro, Mass., Wednesday when the Wendy's chili he was eating "went down the wrong pipe," the Lowell (Mass.) Sun reported Monday.
Emergency responders said Gremm lost consciousness and crashed into the side of a two-family house.
"I didn't even realize it happened," he said. "I'm glad I didn't knock two houses down. I sure wrecked that one."
Authorities said no major injuries were reported from the incident.

Sue Wendy’s for negligence. They need a warning on the side of the chili that states, “Warning, do not inhale chili, it is not air and will choke you.”

I thought Wendy’s removed the fingers from their chili.

Authorities said no major injuries were reported from the incident.I assume the crash dislodged the chili.

Wendys chili can fix the hankerin’ if you have one. I like the packets of spicy chili seasoning they have. Not my chili, but somewhat yummy on a cold day.
Glad noone got hurt.

Some scumbag lawyer (yes that's redundant) somewhere is in his car chasing an ambulance and thinking:
'AH-HA! I bet they don't have a Warning -- "Do Not Eat While Driving".
I'll retire on this lawsuit!'
Not sarcasm.
