They haven't used "Property of a Lady"

No, but it was mentioned in "Octopussy."

The auction from POAL was used in the movie “Octopussy”.

I am feeling a glimmer of inspiration so I will offer a title and opening scene:

“Remeberence Day”

Image: the Queen laying a wreath at the Cenotaph (War Memorail) in Whitehall

Voice over (M’s voice)

Say not that the dead lie mute in the ocean depth and desert sand.
They mingle with the marching legions; pouring strength into the soul.
Raising high the tattered banner: point us towards the goal.

Say not that the dead are silent, sleeping while we toil and bleed.
No! they speak, they fight and they live in every good and gallant deed.
Would they lay aside their weapons, they the bravest and the best?
Not until the thing is finished will they go unto their rest.

M is walking away after the ceremony ends, Bond steps from the crowd and joins her.

Bond: (sarcastically) Will she place a wreath on my grave?

M: (still introspective from the ceremony, replie swarmly) No James, England will never know your name. But don’t worry, I have picked out nice spot for you in my rose garden. (realizing she is being sentimental, her mood turns stern) Come round the office this afternoon at three, we have a problem in Kartoom that needs your attention.

... and so begins Bonds battle against the Wahabie Cult and the KSA.

(poem by Patience Strong)

What’s it about?

Just my suggestions for the title for the new Bond flick. I was trying to imply that the franchise is getting a wee bit old.

These so called “spies” or agents like James Bond are probably going to make a comeback, when there is too much contradictions from political parties in all the countries to settle issues there is the asset of a single person or small intelligence team to go into the situation, to get a hands on grasp.

For any liberal mind it must be a nightmare to consider the solution is as simple as assassination. A radical leader somewhere with money and weapons causing a stir? Send in a covert operative.
