Now that the Hawaii Deputy Attorney General spokesperson has refused to corroborate Janice Fukino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii, and Fukino has refused to abide Hawaii laws in providing a non-certified duplicate of the COLB which Obama already published in non-redacted form...
we do not know where he was born.
And also, without school records, which Obama refuses to provide, and without a birth certificate, we do not know if he's been in the country for 14 years total, or technically if he's reached the age of 35 (verified by certified documentation).
In short, Obama has not one single shred of evidence to prove he is eligible to be president. And his twice published admission against interest that he was born British is evidence that he is INeligible.
Obama's got nada.

Like with ‘anything’ regarding the past of Obama, nothing should be taken for granted or on face value. Both of his books by Obama’s own words can NOT be taken literally. They are nothing more then a facade, a mask of the true background and nature of Barack Obama, created to produce the Obama effect on whomever wants to believe in unicorns and forest fairies.
Too many inconsistencies in his stories, like when he stated he was a few months old when the Bay of Pigs happened, April 1961, when he was supposed to be born in Aug 1961.

It can safely be assumed that in order to verify that Obama was born there, Lingle would have to divulge the contents of his birth certificate. So, those who claim that she verified whether he was born there are in effect accusing her of breaking their laws.
I’m not going to argue the point. It just isn’t a hill I wish to stand on. I don’t care for Obama. I hope you are right and if not...I hope some other scandal brings him down. There is really no way to bring him down short of impeachment and removal from office by both houses of congress. The separation clause pretty much negates any action the Judiciary Branch may take against the Executive.

The SCAN shown on the internet is a Certification of Birth, NOT A BIRTH CERTIFICATE, a SUMMARY which can and perhaps has been changed many times, as O was adopted and then sent back to the USA by his momma.
The original Birth Certificate is called the Hawaiian LONG FORM -— (there are 4 different versions and his CERTIFICATION seems to be usually used for special cases such as after adoptions).

No scan or anything else of a Long Form BC citing hospital and doctors has ever been produced ———— or scanned. Why?

So, as of today, 2-2010, no one knows the hospital or the doctor’s name since the Long Form has never been produced.
Even the neighbor has said “Gee, I didn’t know Obama or his mother ever lived next door”. Must be invisible.
Any person with common sense knows that this guy doesn’t wave his paper long form or even short form birth certificate over and around his head cuz he can’t. Why can’t he? No one knows for certain.
Two announcements in the newspapers: these are produced automatically when someone files notice of a birth with the Department in Hawaii. No proof needs to be filed, it seems it even could have been done over the phone and with just one grandparent’s statement. Then the data was given to the newspapers. This was done since the grandparents wanted Bambi to be an American, which Hawaii allowed to be done due to its unusual and unique laws letting people born elsewhere still register in Hawaii. It’s not a “conspiracy” as that horse’s ass Matthews said - it’s just common sense. An American birth registration is valued very highly and gets you all sorts of travel and other benefits.

The third president born in a medical facility, George W. Bush, was welcomed into the world in 1946 at the Grace–New Haven Community Hospital – later renamed the Yale–New Haven Hospital – in New Haven, Conn.
No plaques or monuments mark the hospital as Bush's birthplace, though the communications office does have a 2-page information packet on the birth and the history of the hospital at the time, including a biographical paragraph on the doctor who attended the 43rd president's birth.

McCain was attacked for being born to an AMERICAN Couple (both citizens of the USA) while on a MILITARY BASE and his father was serving in the US Military. McCain proved his citizenship....
So, why doesn't OBAMA have to rise up to the same standards and prove himself and where he was born and who he was born too?
