Lingle sends out a boilerplate letter that says she can't say anything. The Hawaii Attorney General's office won't corroborate Janice Funkino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino is breaking Hawaii's information laws which REQUIRE her to provide an uncertified copy of a vital document once the party of interest has already published it in non-redacted form (which was done by Obama). She does not provide the COHB because...it does not exist! She is also breaking Hawaii's laws which require her to provide a basis for her public statements, which she has refused to do. Obama's potential names are not listed on the Hawaii indexes (Obama, Soetoro, Dunham, Payne) Obama's certificate number is impossibly ordered. =forgery So Obama has nada to support his eligibility.

Further Obama has hits against his eligibility. He admits he is ineligible as cosponsor of S.R. 511 which spells out that McCain is a natural born citizen because he was born of 2 US citizen parents on a US possession military base. He admits twice in publication that he (Obama) was born British. If we are to believe his story line since, he is STILL a British citizen to this day.

A natural born citizen has NO other citizenship ties at birth by virtue of place or parentage, than American. So Obama was never a natural born citizen (and this status cannot be granted later, either).

So what now? Technically, he cannot even "prove" he's 35 and a resident for 14 years, let alone the higher standard of being a natural born citizen (not just a statutory US citizen, which the bots have obfuscated with for 2 years---no statutory US citizen can EVER be a natural born citizen, and vice versa). So really, there's nothing complex about this situation. No vitals, no school records = ineligible...push the point=STILL ineligible.

Further, he acts like a madman, the 25th should kick in at the very least.

I used to be a HUGE Glenn Beck fan, and I must confess that I became upset with Levin for going after Glenn, and then I quit listening to Mark.

However, I was wrong, and Mark was right. Beck isn’t shooting straight. He has some other agenda than what he claims.

I will say that I agree with everyone who says that it is not a time to start another party, but rather to revitalize the GOP. To do anything else at this point would likely guarantee Demrat majorities for some time to come.

I no longer listen to Beck on tv or radio. It Rush and Mark for me.

The files you just cited are all security “raw interview” files for political appointee jobs.
Not intelligence community files! Again these are completely different! What the Clinton White House did was somehow get the "raw security" files of the previous administration appointees. Obviously they had no right to them, patently illegal to have them, irregular to have even asked! The federal employee who provided access should have been fired and prosecuted. Again this is not the same thing, as the IC being tasked to collect information on someone or something.

Forgiveness is a key human element. I have made some awful mistakes in my life, and those who love me did forgive me, so I will do the same.

If Mr. Beck was to apologize for his words, admit his mistake, and ask for forgiveness, I would do that, but at this point, it seems like he is more intent on digging himself in even deeper.

For a while I thought Rush might be a GOP hack but I do not think so. He is #1 for a reason.

Beck changed when he left CNN and went to Fox. He was much better at CNN. He was taking on Islam, illegal aliens. etc. when he got to fox and started hanging around O’Reilly he totally changed. At first O’Reilly was treating him like an idiot then they became buddies. I cancel TV shortly after that. I refuse to give the networks money because the cable or Sat Tv companies gove CNN a $1 a month from you bill, CNBC/NBC/MSNBC get another dollar and so on. It is roughly in that range.

So even if I hate all the networks - they still get money from me. They also own other cable channels. Disney/ABC owns the golf channel. Fox/Saudia/Prince Alwaleed bin Talal owns Speed TV.
