Lingle sends out a boilerplate letter that says she can't say anything. The Hawaii Attorney General's office won't corroborate Janice Funkino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino is breaking Hawaii's information laws which REQUIRE her to provide an uncertified copy of a vital document once the party of interest has already published it in non-redacted form (which was done by Obama). She does not provide the COHB because...it does not exist! She is also breaking Hawaii's laws which require her to provide a basis for her public statements, which she has refused to do. Obama's potential names are not listed on the Hawaii indexes (Obama, Soetoro, Dunham, Payne) Obama's certificate number is impossibly ordered. =forgery So Obama has nada to support his eligibility.
Further Obama has hits against his eligibility. He admits he is ineligible as cosponsor of S.R. 511 which spells out that McCain is a natural born citizen because he was born of 2 US citizen parents on a US possession military base. He admits twice in publication that he (Obama) was born British. If we are to believe his story line since, he is STILL a British citizen to this day.
A natural born citizen has NO other citizenship ties at birth by virtue of place or parentage, than American. So Obama was never a natural born citizen (and this status cannot be granted later, either).
So what now? Technically, he cannot even "prove" he's 35 and a resident for 14 years, let alone the higher standard of being a natural born citizen (not just a statutory US citizen, which the bots have obfuscated with for 2 years---no statutory US citizen can EVER be a natural born citizen, and vice versa). So really, there's nothing complex about this situation. No vitals, no school records = ineligible...push the point=STILL ineligible.
Further, he acts like a madman, the 25th should kick in at the very least.

Rush flat out **LIED** when he told a caller he did not know who Phillip Berg and Larry Sinclair were, and, hey, he knows everything.
That was pure unadulterated lie.
Perhaps “GrassRoots Conservatives (like Tea Partyers!) should research candidates, research their donor lists, research political organizations that back them and publicize a Soros connection.
I mean he is NOT an attractive figure, it shouldn't be hard to raise people's concerns through publicity.
Maybe the best think to do is get involved in the local GOP party organizations and force out the “old bulls”.
I tried once to get more involved where I live, and got pretty discouraged when I saw the local party was basically controlled by real estate developers and construction company owners more concerned about getting in line for their next government contract or protecting their real estate project.
Also I am do not have the personality for politics being basically a science/techno geek. Well that was in the Reagan years, and had my career to think of and my personal time then was limited. Career is established now and retirement has peaked over the horizon, and the Tea Parties have re-energized me again. So I will revisit this. My Dad always found time for GOP activities, but he had a different personality then me. People energized him, its the opposite with me.
Why should I trust any of them given how they have handled Obama’s eligibility?
When tryanny comes these yappers ( including Rush) will sell their talents to the propagandists. These so-called fake conservatives will spit shine the jack boots crushing our necks.
He is not bashing “birthers” like some of these other fake conservative talk show hosts and pundits who bash “birthers.”
Rush is not perfect but he mentioned the BC the other day.

My fear, now, is that we don’t remove him, and the America/Constitution haters will admit - after 8 miserable or even 4 - that they knew Obama was ineligible and so is the whole constitution. They will mock and ridicule the foundations of our country based on this fraud.

No,...Rush would probably make a joke or two, poke a little fun at the goose stepping Nazis, and **IGNORE*** and remain silent for nearly 2 years on the awful outrage being committed in front of his open eyes.
I should respect Rush for essentially making a joke or two and then IGNORING the trampling of our CONSTIUTITON??? I don’t think so.

No matter how this turns out, I will **NEVER** have respect for Rush Limbaugh again. Some things are deal breakers. This is one of them.
