It is possible during this stage of HIV infection to transmit through casual contact such as kissing, or casual contact with other bodily fluids. Many health care professionals have contracted AIDS, because they did not know this fact.
I am not at all convinced that HIV is not spread by mosquito bites. Equine encephalitis and malaria are spread by mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are like little tiny needles, and if they go from one person to another after an incomplete meal, it could be just like sharing a needle. Just saying.
