HIV-infected mothers are strongly discouraged from breast-feeding their infants, because of the transmission risk.
There is no report or any evidence that she is HIV, so sensational and emotional assumptions have no place here.

Maybe you should read something on the subject such as the CDC for starters.
Kissing doesn’t transmit, nor does casual contact with other body fluids.

BTW, I used to be an EMT and had to deal with worse than lactation in the face.
It’s still playing with risks, no matter how insignificant. I do not wish others to increase the risks I face. I have enough to handle, as is.

Breast feeding and a squirt to the face are not anything alike.
Once upon a time some of us thought that HIV could be spread by casual contact, mosquitos, and other unknown means.
Some think it can be spread by a squirt of breast milk to the face but that isn’t the case.
Most people still think that men can get it from sex with women but those cases are extremely, extremely, extremely rare. So rare as to be statistically nothing.
The reality is that you have faced greater dangers all your life from HBV than HIV but were not even aware of it.
And what risks do you face that are so sensational down there in Oz?
