ANYTHING with Mickey Rooney.
(Except for the last Andy Hardy movie. Very depressing.)

**chuckle** I’d say that he might have a bone or two to pick with Mr. Edison.

I still remember seeing this movie on TV when I was 7 or 8. The scene when he jumped on the railroad tracks to save a child is etched in my memory, as it required astonishing bravery and quick thinking.

Because of this movie for years as a kid I thought electricity was generated by a bunch of mirrors reflecting candles around a table.
But the seen where Rooney is tooting the railroad car's whistle in a frantic attempt to warn that "THE BRIDGE IS OUT!" still works great.
