Help with OBAMA Parable

Hey FReepers, I saw a little parable on one of the healthcare threads the other day that was like a little parable of a grand council and Obama saying "I will give all of them Healthcare, and no one will have to choose." And there was someone else, I think that said, not everyone will have healthcare, but people would have libery. I've search and cannot find it.

I can't remember what exactly it said, or what thread it was on. I believe it was a spinoff or spoof of the principle of the "Grand COuncil" if you know what that is (I don't want to start a faith debate/fight, I'm just looking for the quote). If anyone has it or knows where to find it, please let me know.If not, it's ok, I'm just looking for the parable/story because I thought it was a good satire. Thanks guys/gals.
