Wow. There was a thread a couple of weeks ago about how Canada’s banking regulations avoided the real estate bubble burst. I guess their bubble is still inflating. The other factor, which they allude to on the site, is that there’s lots of Asian money—Hong Kong mainly—buying in.

I looked at a legitimate Vancouver real estate site.. The prices weren’t anything like those homes.
