I don't know where they are going with this. Could just be a silly, funny half hour with no political ramifications. Like a TV show for entertainment or something.
Please ping me with any South Park related articles. Thank you! If you want on or off this ping list, please FReepmail me.
This is expected to be a low to medium volume ping list, suck my balls if it's not. *

However, it seems they are just going to ignore the controversy completely...
Maybe they should not give up. Do Mohammed again.
I think that they have all of the season’s episodes written and produced before the season starts.
Colmes on Fox looks like the boys when they do side profiles.
F@#$ South Park! I don’t know how any thinking American can find that %$#@ funny. I can’t grab my remote fast enough when it comes on.
Then stay off the thread!!!
:0)
OK. You don’t like it. Don’t watch it.
I don’t like “Will and Grace” or “Two and a Half Men”.
That's a good thought. That might be a good way to get Viacom executives to pay attention by hitting them where it hurts...in the ratings and advertising pocketbook.
Make an episode so lame and bland that NOBODY watches or cares. Let's see how they react. Maybe they can just broadcast an NHL games and get a .04 Nielsen rating.
Of course, a show about cripples will get some ratings. So I don't think they are going there. But you're right.
It’s gotten a lot better since season 5.
You sound like a real potty mouth!
I got a dollar that says Tim Tebow makes an appearance.
Surfing in Colorado?
They write and produce each episode the week before it airs. That is why they could do the election episode last year the day after the election. There have been other examples of how their quick turnaround has let them be far more topical than anyone else.
Again Parker and Stone point out the foibles of our society by satirizing the politically correct topics that no one else will touch....in this case the handicapped. I intend to watch this week’s South Park as I do most every week and have for years. Have the creators mocked things sacred to me?..absolutely...but I know this is satire and not purposeful denigration like I see from John Stewart or even in the MSM. If we are so intolerant that we cannot allow a chuckle over society’s sacred cows we live in a totalitarian state.
Old Cracker, is that you?? LOL
They have won awards for their portrayal of Jimmy and Timmy in the past. In SP the handicapped kids are just kids. No one makes a big deal of treating them differently. I am curious to see where they go with this episode though.
I hope Jimmy doesn’t juice up again, because he already “learned that lesson”.
I would be funny if they hid Hohommed in the episode some where. I was thinking Jimmy could “Jump the Mohommed” as a trick.
Interesting. Thanks for the info.
