I’ve wondered about that. There is a reason his medical records are as tightly guarded/off limits as all the rest of his records. This is a man with a LOT to hide.
After listening to the majority of the speech...yuk!! I tried to find a video of GWB doing the commencement and there is no trace of it on YouTube.....Enquiring Minds Want to Know!!!

I feel sorry for these cadets, that with their degree of training, their degree of intelligence and their degree of honor, that they are a captive audience forced to listen to mac daddy speak.
It was an utter waste of their time because his lips were moving and these cadets are aware that whatever he said is completely worthless and meaningless.
No words of wisdom or truth has ever crossed his lips and never will.

When my nephew was at the Air Force Acadamy, Bubba was president. His class voted to NOT have the pres come speak (and were confined to their dorm until they retracted their vote).
I was looking specifically for West Point Commencement Speech.
Try to find GWB’s full speeches from 2002 and 2007.
Nope, you were correct, The Naval Acadmy wears all white at graduation.
