So who was the third degree assault he was charged with.The woman or the police officer.
The story leaves a lot to be desired. The story say’s she tried to get away, did she or didnt she.? Maybe the guy was only trying to cover her escape. The story says it is unusual that a perp can tear out the taser barbs while being tasered, obviously they dont know the fired up nature of a guy who is about to orgasm and is then interrupted.
