Well, if you mean the link to the "Full Text" of Obama's speech ... that's so people who read the different threads on Obama and the BP spill and in regards to his speech last night -- can actually find the full text ... this is what I posted to someone else about it ... :-)

One of the things that I've noticed in the past, is when there is a big speech from the Oval Office and then there are a lot of threads on it ... one of the things that I always had a heck of a time finding was the "text" of the speech. I would always want to refer to what an article said -- to -- the actual speech itself, but I could hardly find it on Free Republic.
So, I have done that a few times in the past, where there is a speech like that, and then I just "link it up" with whatever other threads are talking "about the speech" ...
So, that's pretty much what I've doing.
What will happen, is that in the future, someone will come back to these threads, but they'll have a hard time finding the actual text. These links on different threads will allow them to find it easily ... :-)
Also, what I said in another thread, this Post #27 ... LOL ...
I'm proud to say that I haven't listened to a single Obama speech ever ... hoo-boy!
And I'm going to keep it that way. But, I have read the news on them and have kept up with what he's saying via FRee Republic. That's less stressful than listening directly to him ... yeeoooww!
