Would you like to see a poll like this?

A statistically valid/representative sample of U.S. blacks and whites who ONLY voted for Obama, to answer the following? It would allow you to choose more than one answer. 1. Why did you vote for Obama? a. because he was black (even though he's 1/2 black) b. because he is a democrat c. because I dislike whites d, e, f, etc.

2. Do you still support Obama? a. more than in 2008 b. less than in 2008 c. A little less d. A little more, etc.

3. Do you believe Obama is: a. a communist/Marxist b. a conservative c. a liberal d. a socialist e. a fascist f. a progressive g. a moderate h. an independent

4. Consider the criticism you hear of Obama, it it because: a. he's doing a poor job b. he's a complainer c. because white people don't like him d. because ...

I didn't finish this because it would take a while, but you get the gist...I'd love to see Fox or some other group do this survey...boy would it be telling. I wouldn't mind if one were done only with a sample of self-labeled white progressives or liberals to see where their support lies...

Thoughts? Any other questions with responses you'd like to see?

You are very optimistic about honest responses from this group of voters. I think you need the number for dial-a-prayer.

You won’t get straight answers out of THAT bunch.

People who’s votes are bought-and-paid-for with government freebies could care less about how they GET their freebies or who provides them...they’d vote, and keep voting for any Joe Shmoe who kept up the largesse. Sophisticated questions about candidates or ideologies are moot.

This most recent generation of Liberal voters (the ones to whom “O” owes his Presidency) are the MOST indulged, ill-informed, lazy, irreverent and indolent group of people on earth…and he is going to keep it that way if he knows what is good for him.

Also, by definition, Liberals are people who would not know the TRUTH if it fell on them from the 10th story. NO facts or admissions of regret will be forthcoming from these guys.

I think we all know how that would turn out considering he still has over 90% support from blacks. His support among whites has dropped more than any other racial group. I'm certain that the biggest motivators for blacks back in 08 was that Obama tauted himself as black, and that he was a democrat. For whites a huge motivator in Obama’s favor is what I've heard referred to as “white guilt.” A lot of white people voted for Obama just so they could say so as a way of proving to the world that they are not a “racist.” This really did play itself out over the course of the campaign and I believe this whole notion of “white guilt” was a major contributor to why the press refused to delve deeply into Obama’s history or qualifications. My only question is how many of these people who voted for this idiot still have a job, house, or even a pot to piss in?

I have a friend who usually votes republican but voted for Obama. Her reason black people needed a chance.

Now she says her vote was only one vote and didn’t really matter.

Will “because I’m a moron” be one of the possible answers to the first question? Sure, reverse racism was a factor, but never underestimate the stupidity of some portions of the American public.
