Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

The states have got to do more. That’s where real resistance is. You folks in Texas have got to get Gov. Good Hair to get the legislature to a special meeting about border security and to enact the AZ illegal immigration law. Militias to the border with guns with ammo and a law that gets as many illegals out as possible asap. If amnesty is passed by some nefarious means, the fewer illegals here, the better. The red state residents should adopt an old slogan from the Reagan days and tell their states to “just say no” to anything that comes out of D.C. and then stick to it. They can only break us if we let them. Time to stop pussy footing around.

Polarik on this point. "Don't believe everything you see." Examining/Verifying the data on Smith's Kenyan BC doesn't establish the provenance of the document itself.
I do not believe everything I see. I gave you 2 examples of Kenyan BCs that I doubt are genuine in my last post to you.

It's worth breaking down what data on Smith's BC has and hasn't been verified. Because it falls into rather neat categories.
The first is any information about Obama that was public knowledge before Smith published his document. Family names, dates, birthplaces, occupations. All of this checks out, but then, it was public knowledge, so any competent fake could and would have simply copied the known information. So the fact that that information checks out is hardly evidence in favor of its authenticity.
The second is information about Obama that wasn't public knowledge. Height, weight, width of shoulders, the footprint. This information has NOT been verified. Similarly, there's no birthdate for Obama Senior. (Is it because Senior didn't know his own birthday, or because Senior's birthday wasn't public knowledge when the document was created? If Senior's birthday is reflected on, say, his college records, that would hurt the provenence of Smith's BC.0
The third is hospital data. The certificate number, the doctors' names. The most that's been verified here is that at least a couple of the doctors were real Kenyan doctors. But all that proves is that Smith didn't make the names up; it hardly proves that he didn't seek out the names of real and plausible Kenyan doctors beforehand. Similarly, we don't know if any of the signatures are matches. Thus, none of this data speaks strongly for the provenence of the document.
Also unverified are the seal, the administrator's stamp, and the general form of the document. We don't know if Coast Hospital uses a stamp that looks anything like that, or if they issued birth certificates that look anything like Smith's.
In short, the only data on Smith's BC that has been verified is the same data that Smith could have procured prior to August 2009, when he released it. So you can't trust the data alone to establish the document's authenticity; you have to turn to the credibility or the provider or some other means of authentication.

The state of Hawaii already clarified this months ago. It allows parents to classify their race however they want. Many Africans, especially those of the nationalist variety, like Obama Sr., don't like to be associated with American blacks. It thus makes perfect sense that he would choose to put down "African" rather than "black" on the form.
The same is true for the alleged Obama COLB at FTS and factlack dot org. Those two forgeries don’t even match each other.

That's not Smith's passport stamp. woofie, another Freeper, posted that as an encouragement to Smith to show his. If you look carefully, you can see that the dates don't match Smith's story.
I guess that is only if you ignore WND's investigation of the Smith BC and reported that the Hospital in Kenya denied it was real and the form of the Birth Certificate didn't match any official document within Kenya including birth certificates. There also were some minor clues like date formats, who the doctors were at the time, etc, that while not conclusive, sure do add to the big items to show it was a fake. Someone also pointed out it looked suspiciously like a modified Dominican Republic certificate.
WND isn't exactly a source hostile to the BC movement either. There have been so many fake ones dumped to embarass the movement (such as the 'red background one' or the one with the Dutch watermark that, if translated, mocked 'birthers) that it does well to demand as much, if not more proof of those than we demand the President provide.
Instead, too many are so hoping for change, they latch onto the first thing that they think will bring the promised change (sound familiar).

All the more reason not to bring along MO and the precious grandkids to see their loving grandma one last time. Once upon a time there was a newspaper article online that had the timeline of his trip to Hawaii to be at the bedside of dying typical white granny. IIRC, it stated he was in her apartment building all of 45 minutes. That's just long enough to dig through that closet to find his real bc and vaccination records that he spoke so fondly of in Dreams and tell sis to make sure she keeps her mouth shut.
