Our Lady of Zeitoun, Also known simply as El-Zeitoun, Zeitun or rarely Our Lady of Light, was a mass Marian apparition that occurred in the Zeitoun district of Cairo, Egypt, over a period of 2–3 years beginning on April 2, 1968.
More importantly, while our Lord was a child the scriptures always refers to him first, never as "mother and child". Please consider the following passages:
Mat 2:13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you, for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him."
Mat 2:14 And he rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed to Egypt
Mat 2:20 saying, "Rise, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who sought the child's life are dead."

It’s a Godly Kodak moment. It is a supernatural image moment. Remember St John’s Apocalypes or Book of Revelation. John was in the Spirit. Meaning pure spirit not in the physical. He saw the past, present and future. Like One. It reads about the dragon after the woman(Israel ,The Church and Mary) in history. Also the famous rebellion( third of the angels) like it was happening new in front of St John. But John was born after that time. See you can’t put God in a Box. If you do just look up at the clear sky at night with all the stars and wonder how awesome this God truly is. You will soon realize you can’t put him in a Box.
How do you know this is a “real” Marian apparition?
so is the dove part of the apparition? Or is it real?
That being said, it's rather difficult to say that it looks like Mary if you've never seen her.

What, is that supposed to be a real photograph of an apparition? It looks like an image of a plastic statue, superimposed on the photograph.
I’m honestly not sure. I have always assumed that the dove was part of the apparition but now that you ask I guess it’s quite possible it was a regular old dove with good timing.

Supposedly Mary appeared right before the advent of Communism to those three village children. I wonder, with everything that’s been happening, if a Chastisement is on its way.

The apparitions were broadcast by Egyptian TV, photographed by hundreds of professional photographers and personally witnessed by Egyptian President Abdul Nasser. The apparitions lasted for three years with numerous unaccountable healings recorded by various medical professionals. The local police, who initially thought the apparitions were an elaborate hoax, searched a 15-mile radius surrounding the site to uncover any type of device that could be used to project such images. They were completely unsuccessful.
