Sorry about posting here, but I really need to clean up my ping list and can't find a way to do so. Seems there should be an easy way to do so to eliminate clutter and save server space. Any advise/help is greatly appreciated.
Just send a note to the people who have you on lists and ask them to take you off.
And make sure you're logged in too.
Just get yourself banned and start over with a new computer and screen name

It would be nice to have pings classified so you could see replies to your posts vs pings from articles and ping lists you are subscribed to.
There isn’t any way to segregate the two other than having two different accounts. Having two or more accounts is frowned on by FR the way. Not to mention confusing to try to keep them straight.

Go to your pings and click on the "New Pings" tab...
There you'll see: Action - Mark all as read - click that to hide your pings.
