Mr. Constitution, Glen Beck?

5PM after 5PM, day after day, Beck loves to talk about our Founders and the US Constitution as if he were the brains behind it. He talks about how the resident Alien Usurper in the white house is a communist and how all his minions are avowed communists. And with the last point of all the communists around him, Beck is correct but with the first point, regarding the US Constitution, Beck loves to think that he knows what our founders were thinking when they wrote all the founding documents of this great Republic. He conveniently leaves out a very important part and that the the requirements to the POTUS.

It explicitly states to be POTUS, one has to be 35 years of age and a Natural born Citizen of the U.S.A. I'd like to know what Beck thinks the founders meant by the term Natural Born Citizen. The truth is, if Beck looks at it, BHO is indeed ineligible to be the POTUS.

Where’s the evidence?

I think Beck understands this point. I think he also understands that without HARD evidence, this is a useless fight.

I’d love to see Obammie the Commie and all of the legislation he has crammed down our collective throats tossed out on a technicality.

But without HARD evidence, it is a useless fight. Actually, it is worse than useless, it is harmful to our side. While we spend our time and energy fighting a battle that cannot be won with HARD evidence, they are passing more and more communist legislation.

Again, if you have HARD evidence, that is, irrefutable and conclusive evidence that Obammie the Commie was not born in America and that will hold up in court, bring it forward and let’s get on with the trial.

Who said anything about him not being born in America? His own biographic account of his birth makes it clear that he is not a natural born citizen, and PLEASE don’t keep making the local scholars on this subject have to readdress it yet again.

It’s not that he makes up what he says about the founders, he uses their own words and brings their message forward on his show. What is so tough to understand about this?

Beck has one hour to bring as much light to what Obama and his minions are doing to our country. Did it ever cross your mind that if he can lay a torrent of other crap for us to digest that just maybe the question of the BC veracity can also become questionable to the average Joe? Picking your battles wisely will win the war, just rushing into any fight without a long range plan is futile.

Think of it this way, if he focused on the BC issue, would the polls for November be looking and better or worse for the party in power? Skirt that presently unwinnable battle with guerilla tactics and focus on the war!

There is ample evidence if Beck would open his eyes. Below is just one piece. It is a nomination document that certifies by a party a candidate is Constitutionally qualified to be President. This version was sent only to Hawaii.



The DNC and Pelosi then sent another version of the nomination document to the other 49 state omitting the passage stating BO/BS is Constitutionally qualified.



This raises the question: IF BO/BS is Constitutionally qualified to be President due to him being a natural born citizen then why not send out the version that includes the Constitutional passage to all 50 states?

Evidence is the whole point in the NBC issue. There is not ONE person in the media, state government, or federal government that can point you to the legal document (admissable in court) that states what hospital Barack was born in, who the delivering doctor was and his parents of birth. Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro aka Steve Dunham is at the center of this. He is the only one that can authorize the "release" of this "evidence." He is "pleading the fifth" so as to not incriminate himself in the crime of the century.

Ask yourself 'why in a country of over 300 million people NOT ONE person can show you the birth record listing what hospital Zero was born in?'

In the media the issue has been framed. Robert Gibbels mocked the questioning of the "birth certificate" release. He stated, "we released the birth certificate." He laughed at the questioner. So, in his feeble brain the case is closed.

We know where the evidence is! A relentless pursuit is required with a laser like focus! Barack release the birth record that tells us what hospital you were born in!! Whatcha hiding???

Going back and forth amongst ourselves proves and solves nothing. It has to go to court and WIN for it to have any real legs.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t doubt for a minute the Commie in Chief was not born in America. But proving it in court and unseating someone elected as president is an entirely different matter.

Rather than fight a battle that can probably not be won, we’d be better off focusing our energies on taking back BOTH houses this November, so that the jackass, lying bastard who hates America can only sit around and eat hamburgers with Soviets and can get nothing done.

Hard evidence?

What more do you need? He has admitted that his father was a kenyen. Even if he was born in the U.S., he is not eligible. Don't you read that. NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, three words spell it out for you. The Usurper is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. The media will not touch this fact, because he is not. That was the deciding factor for why they stopped the McCain hearings. Both of his parents were citizens of the United States.

I do not watch every G.Beck show - but that is one brave, dedicated American - who should be applauded for bucking the trend and awakening us to our history and the current crisis.

You're position is to ignore the Constitution out of some preconceived notion the battle to defend the Constitution is over? Americans can fight a battle on more than one front simultaneously. Defending the Constitution never ends. That is a lesson from our founding fathers that is apparently lost on you.

My point is, why won’t beck have is Constitutional scholars comment on the Natural Born Citizen requirement and what our founders meant by it. Beck goes into just about everything else, just let the scholars explain what it means and why they put it in the Constitution and why they put those two specific requirements fot the office of the Presidency and not any other elected office.

Wow! Aren't we naive!

You must know that there have been quite a few folks who have tried to take "them" to court. No evidence ever gets to be presented to these courts because each has dismissed the plaintiff's complaint because each plaintiff was adjudged to lack "standing" to bring the complaint.

I watched Glen Beck, for a while. And then I stopped because I decided that he is just a phony showman. Sure, it's nice that he learned a little bit of history, but to me at least the history seems a prop.
