Gibson is the one who is not normal (as well as not very smart). He needs help. Maybe she’s doing him a favor and he’ll get some help now.
He was on that path when he met her. She’s just hurrying it along for fun and profit.

Me’s in his mid 50’s and Oksana is 40, 41.
I remember listening to a guy being interviewed about his trip to Siberia to do research.
Knowing him to be American, the women there just gushed over him until he said, “Your land of Siberia is so beautiful, I would like to live the rest of my life here.”
When they heard that, they all melted away from him, and wouldn’t give him the time of day afterward.

Who knows what the whole story is and she might be no angel, but Mel is totally bonkers and she probably saved her life and the life of their daughter by releasing that tape. He hit her and knocked teeth out while she was holding the baby. And then he threatened her life twice in phone conversation.
The entire thing is so sad and what a tragedy.
Mel needs to be doing a lot of praying, and a lot of people might pray for him too.
I too have seen it. Just push, push, push, get the combination right and raise the tenor.
Final blow, use a sharp stick and voila!
BOOM! A normally mild mannered fellow let’s go and lashes back to shut them down and give as good they just got.

You can believe what you like. That's up to you. But this broad bounces from man to man. Gibson is an easy target. What's a few broken teeth compared to all that money. Btw, he has a restraining order against her concerning the release of any information on their breakup.
And isn't it interesting that the tapes surfaced after he cut back to giving her only the amount of money that they agreed on. Hmmmmm.
I believe in California it is legal so long as one party is aware which in this case happens to be the aggrieved Oksana..
