Amazing, he's 13 and those in the picture I take it are mostly adults. That was the first thing I thought too, man these are all “mini me’s”.

Very possible. I worked with a sister ship long ago, the Army’s FS 411. The picture appears to have been taken near the port quarter looking forward.
