Brad Pitt has waded into the Gulf oil spill controversy with an extraordinary veiled attack on BP.
The Hollywood actor said he would consider the death penalty for those to blame for the ruptured well that gushed millions of gallons of oil into the ocean.
He was speaking in a documentary due to be screened in the US tomorrow tonight.

The reason they do is because their egos are inflated beyond recognition by the thousands of silly, shallow, adoring fans. And when you add to that “serious” reporters asking them to comment about political issues, it’s impossible for them to not let their adoring fans know how they “feel”.

The oil itself is no big deal, it could have been skimmed, and even left alone it would have been minimal compared to the screaming about it.
Corexit, the dispersant that was mixed with it, is different.
Corexit in the Gulf may well be the most destructive thing human beings ever did to their environment. There is no way to stop it, and it kills everything it touches.
