Good evening!
The Obamas apparently attended church this morning in DC.
Sounds like former President Clinton is trying to bolster 0, saying he's getting his momentum back as his party faces major defeats in November.
Some conservative, maybe it was DeMint, as he's doing his best to get the Rs to stay on track, said this election to be really successful, must do more that discredit 0. The whole Left's agenda and ideas should be held accountable.
Good evening, good evening. Thanks for getting us organized.
AND if you can in any way, please contribute time/money to a candidate who may need it.
I know in my state, 2 of the races are looking so good, it allows me to focus on a few others here, and elsewhere.
I'm going without some things for awhile so I can send a few extra $ to some worthy candidates in close races...think of Michele Bachmann, for example: she is a huge target for the Left...
Or the very fine Tim Scott in S.C. running for Congress...or Allen West, whose speeches are often on the the forum, they are so great.
You can come up with your own list, for sure.
Big news indeed, as it hardly ever happens. Good evening everybody.
Regarding the Barone comment from the other thread, he also was compeled to mention that Angle "lacked a certain smoothness". Huckabee questioned him on it, saying didn't voters often times like a candidate that was down to earth, showed they knew what the voters lives were like, etc.
Barone acknowleged yes, this can be desireable but then he had to go on and insist that voters can also think that a candidate's positions are just too far away from theirs (extreme, IOW)
The media is certainly persistent in it's demonization of Tea Party candidates. Perhaps they see the writing on the wall all too well and are generating controversy to create a story.
We can hope.
Sometimes I sleep on these things, and the answer is in my head when I wake up.
I have special regard and respect for Barone. He knows the individual states down to the district level...those are facts. And he's pretty conservative in his opinions. He mixes the 2 pretty well, IMO.
Agree with you about Barone’s credentials. He was probably just putting out the “fair and balanced” meme that his producers told him to.
>>President Obamas political advisers, looking for ways to help Democrats and alter the course of the midterm elections in the final weeks, are considering a range of ideas, including national advertisements, to cast the Republican Party as all but taken over by Tea Party extremists, people involved in the discussion said.
Wonder if it is the same advisors who blew up banks? Who else would think following our own Constitution is extremeist? I get the feeling the RNC is sleeping, however.....hope they are ready for the propaganda machine attacks.
Good morning, Everybody!

The author, JR Dunn, writes:
When Robert Bennett went down, I wrote that the GOP hierarchy needed to straighten out its agenda and get right with the electorate. But the party had other things in mind, and now the pirates are swarming over the gunwales, and it is just too late

Good morning!
Good morning.
Good morning. We have a Denny’s gift card. We are going out for breakfast.
Here is the article about the Tea Party counter revolution:
Here is the Mark Steyn article:
Listening to byron York...Dems running against Pelosi is common. Rs should run toward Coons, on the attack, not from O'Donnell...in AK, that write in campaign isn't likely to sit well with the R voters, and the way the elections laws are set, it's not likely to harm Miller.
There were some good American Thinker articles over the weekend posted there.
