Are you saying squatters are taking possession of homes people still live in, or some of the many foreclosed homes that are not occupied?

There was also a story a few months back about how squatters in England would build a little shack or lean-to in someone’s yard, or against a garden wall, and live there. It was equally difficult to get them off the owner’s property in that situation.

This is exactly why they don't want the law-abiding to own guns.

But guns wouldn't solve this situation of squatters moving in while the owner's are away. And the squatters could also have guns.

Guns can prevent a lot, but not this specific situation.
