Stewart has just now as of 7:45PM PST, spoken to the father and he is faxing documents to Stewart. We are establishing a legal defense fund. Once it is confirmed through documentation that the fathers association with Oath Keepers was listed as a reason, even if among several reasons listed, for taking the child, we will actively pursue aggressive legal remedy and redress. We will assist in locating competent local legal counsel in New Hampshire and additional expert legal counsel from around the country in First Amendment and child custody law. Stewart, who has worked on several First Amendment cases in State and Federal court will also volunteer his services to assist in the case Pro Bono. YOUTUBE VIDEO
Here is Stewarts statement for now:
We are doing all we can to confirm and document this. But if is IS accurate, and a newborn child was ripped from her mothers arms because the parents were associated with Oath Keepers by simply being members of our online ning discussion forum, then this is a grave crossing of a very serious line, and is utterly intolerable. It cannot be done. It cannot be allowed to stand.
If it is true, then I will do all in my power to stop it. We will pull out all the stops, every lawful means of seeing that this child is returned to her parents and that all persons responsible are held ...

Thanks.
Yeah, the earlier post used words like ‘head nurse of the hospital’
That wasn’t a clue to you?
A clue to what? This was just posted as a follow up. I’m not sure if it’s a hoax or not after this statement by Oathkeepers. Apparently they are in contact with the father right now.

This is such a coincidence because yesterday I thought about this article and was going to freepmail you for the link. I have it but it’s buried waaaayyyyy back. Thank you for posting it 2dv. This time I’m saving it to my desktop. :)
People need to stand down. This is likely a hoax.
If this story is true, then there is a lot more to it than just “the parents belong to the wrong group.” This stinks to high heaven, I just don’t buy it.
I agree. When the first thread was posted there was discussion about the guy on the video and at that time there was nothing posted on Oathkeepers. I posted this to follow-up. The guy on the Youtube is questionable (very) but Oathkeepers is now involved; there must have been something that sounded credible to them. They’re investigating.
I agree with you.
Thanks for the update. I think we should all take a deep breath and wait for the facts to come out. If this turns out to be true, then all hell should break loose.
While I can’t comment on the facts here, I was just waiting for someone to assume that there must “more to it”. No, you can’t assume that any more. The “child protective services” are out of control. They have put many innocent people in jail through their mendacity and the failure of the courts to do their jobs. The Amirault case is one example, and the McMartin case another. Then we have other federal agencies that murder and steal - Ruby Ridge and the ATF in general come to mind.
Government has the ability to smear people to cover the truth. We are now at a point where the government should NEVER get the benefit of the doubt. In fact, it may be time to assume the government is guilty until proven innocent.
Is the guy married to the mother of his child?
WTF?
You’re right. Deep breath and wait. Oathkeepers is running posts and someone said the father is not a dues paying member however, he did register with them early on. The fact that they (Oathkeepers) is willing to go to bat if this is true speaks volumes about that organization. I’m still skeptical but they must have found something credible in their conversation with the father to continue to dig.
Not sure. The last names I saw were different but that doesn’t mean a lot these days. (so it seems)
They, are engaged as the story goes, from what I read anyway
Very unlikely pairing. Does not pass the smell test as stated.
